Ryan was very professional in all aspects of our home sale. He is the only Realtor I know of that takes a completely different approach to selling a home. From the staging of the home to the checklist that sums up how to get top dollar for your home, he is one of a kind. He is very communicative and is readily available for any questions you have throughout the process. It was such a pleasure to work with Ryan on purchasing our new home. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the market and the construction industy in general. He was very patient with all the questions that my wife and I had during the process and he was always happy to answer them, no matter how many times we asked the same questions. Ryan was the seller's agent when I purchased my first home. I was so impressed by Ryan's pricing and negotiation strategies at that time, that I engaged him for the mandate of selling the same house for me, two years later! Ryan comes from a construction background and understands the ins and outs of a home. He identified the stand-out features of my house and gave me several tips for quick fixes and readying the home for staging. His stager did her magic and made my house unrecognizably beautiful! :)At every stage of the sale, Ryan weighed in with his expertise - how to evaluate different clauses and waivers, how to get the best appraisal value etc. Ryan's expertise and help are immensely valuable, way beyond the marginal savings you might get with a broker who takes a half percentage lower commission.I would give full credit to Ryan for getting my house sold at the highest end of what I thought feasible in the prevailing market!

Ryan was absolutely wonderful—very professional and knowledgeable! He also works with an amazing stager and photographer who know exactly how to capture the selling features of a home. Jay is a wonderful realtor. He was recommended to us and helped us with the process of purchasing our first home. We had so many questions and Jay was always more than happy to take the time to answer every single one in great detail. He is very knowledgeable in his field, responsive, and has many tips and tricks to help you get the house of your dreams! We got a condo in Dublin with Jay's help. Ryan was outstanding! We had a somewhat challenging situation selling a property within a trust and from 3 states away. Ryan walked us through everything.
