Not the worst experience ever, but far from a good operation. After being scheduled to come in, diagnosis took 3 days for a minor issue. Asked to have an oil leak checked, which somehow triggered a second diagnosis fee (very non-standard). Issue was resolved, with a discount for the delayed diagnosis. Then charged 3% for using a credit card, ridiculous consider this was a $1200 charge. Finally, go out to find my car covered in bird poop. Not a dealer issue, but would have been good customer service to not hand the car back covered in bird poop. Will take future business elsewhere, there are plenty of options in town.
