Unfortunately our experience was really bad we bought a dinning table which was expensive, the wood was good for the table but the chairs was a trash the legs is out of place and the seats just fall apart when we requested a replacement for the chairs they wanted extra money coz we passed the 30 days window, we won’t pay money to get a really bad chairs again. We will just throw the dinning set and get a decent one from a decent place where they will be on your service and not just want your money

Was looking for counter height bar stools and found brand new for a really good price. I highly recommend this place. Staff was very friendly and loaded them to my car.

My mom bought me a bed frame and a dresser from this store last Christmas, and the reasonable prices truly impressed me. When I needed a dining set, I revisited the store.Their showroom is a real gem, filled with a variety of furniture, both large and small. We opted for the expandable dining table for six, and the staff took their time measuring and answering our questions, which was a big plus. I highly recommend this store for quality furniture and affordable prices.

Great service and a GREAT price for a very nice entryway shelf I had been searching for. Received a quality piece at a very reasonable price. The wonderful customer service was a plus too!! Will definitely be back!

Got a sofa and loveseat from this place years ago and it is still holding up wonderfully. Recently we got a vanity for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. It's in an area where warehouses are so not where you would typically go furniture shopping but the prices cannot be beat! They have a lot of damages/discounted stuff but also new stuff to choose from. Staff was very friendly and they loaded my truck both times.Thanks!

The table set itself is relatively nice. I didn’t understand what people meant by “the table is very tall,” but what I think they meant is the table is a little too tall when compared with the height of the chairs.Unfortunately, Roundhill Furniture does not stand behind its products. I’ve spent the past week emailing back and forth asking for a replacement table top or a partial credit to account for the fact that there is a small crack in the center of the table but the company refuses to work with me. They continue to try and give the run-around with excuses like, “we can’t give a partial credit, you’ll just need to return the whole table.” We spent four hours putting the whole thing together, so that isn’t a viable option.Their customer service number is also inactive. Having only email as a customer service option is not legal so I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs internet sales division if this isn’t made right by the end of the week.Save yourself a headache and shop from a different company.

Just did a delivery to this place. After being sent to a different spot 3 times then had the great privilege of dealing with a rude old man.....Funny thing is we are looking for a new family room sectional but after the rudeness I'll spend my money somewhere else.......Remember truck drivers spend money..You should be nice to everyone
