I've purchased some nice things from Ross on random occasions, primarily clothes, home decor, furniture and kitchenware. Not bad at all. I'm a selective shopper so in addition to being fair priced the product has to look nice and be quality in order for me to buy it! Not too shabby! And I've never returned anything, so I'm happy! ?☺️
Don't sleep on Ross!

The rudest employees I have yet to encounter. We went in on a Friday night at 9:30 and were immediately greeted by one of the associates who came by to say “We close in 20 minutes.” We weren’t planning to stay after the store closed. We were then followed around the store by multiple associates telling us every 5 minutes (sometimes less) how much time they were open for. We were told about 10 times while we were there. The lady at the front continued to yell for the whole store to hear that they were closing in____ minutes. She was always off by a few minutes too. They obviously have no respect for the store or customers. The place was a mess. Glad I no longer live in the area, definitely wouldn’t come back.

Store is a mess, no rhyme or reason to any of the sections. There are some good deals but even those are hard to find because of things being thrown everywhere and clothes being walked on and ran over with the carts then eventually placed back on the rack but severely stained. They have a good selection of shoes but at the same time they use permanent marker to write on the bottom of the shoes. I recommend taking wet wipes or alcohol swabs to see if the marker comes off. I found a pair of Nike dunks they were priced at $50. They did have black marker on the toe of both shoes. I asked the cashier if they could give a discount, seeing how that was the only pair left in any size in the women’s section and it had marker on it the cashier told me that it would come off that it’s not permanent marker. Offered a 10% discount which Took five dollars off, but it would make the item become final sale so I would not be able to return it. I asked her again about the marker if she sure it would come off and she asked her manager and her manager also said that it would come off I get home and I’ve tried everything and It will not come off. It actually even started to fade the actual paint of the shoe during the attempts to try to get that off. I should’ve trusted my better judgment and not purchased the shoes, but I was assured that the marker would come off. In my opinion, they should not be using permanent marker On merchandise And then lie to customers telling them that the marker will come off of the merchandise in order to make the sale. Completely disappointed with this location. Someone needs to get in there and whip this place into shape. It’s not gonna last long with how things are going in the store.

An absolute mess! I know it's Ross but dang! Stuff everywhere, items all over the floor, shelves look like someone mixed everything up. Just a dump. It's obvious that the mess wasn't from just one day. Cleaning and straightening up the store had clearly been neglected for days. There are some good deals on good items if your willing to wade through the absolute mess.

Horrible just horrible there are 23 people in line with 2 cashiers floors are fifty. Fitting rooms are an absolute mess don't go to this ross store

Most chaotic Ross I've ever been to. Alarms blaring, shoes and clothes all over the floors, aisles impassible.. no employees working in any of it. Awful

Worst location we have ever been too across the states, absolute disaster of a location , merchandise EVERYWHERE on the floors, completely disorganized .Didn't even bother shopping and we left.

This place is horrible, they had me kicked out of the dressing room because they had assumed my gender and after I had waited for my partner to be done they kept checking everything I had even my own jacket that I had brought.. yall made me embarrassed about my well being and then assumed I had stolen things.. they checked my cart three times by three different people. Horrible service today and I'm horrified to go back!!!

Whoever ran the 49¢ sale needs to be fired there were 2 cashier's for the hundreds of people in the store and the 49¢ sale was a lie we looked across the whole store and found nothing that was 49¢. They said they didn't start till an hour before opening....WHO TF WAITS TILL AN HOUR BEFORE OPENING FOR SOMETHING THAT TAKES WEEKS TO PLAN AND SET UP.
