This is the most polite business I’ve ever been to. They were super fast, the place was clean, the truck was ready to go. They even had a nice display of fruit for the taking at the front counter. Everyone was super polite, no problems.

My experience went very well. I ordered my storage unit by phone and the rep was very professional and helpful. Moved most of my stuff in within the hour. A painless process! I do have 1 comment... for those who have never ordered a storage unit, please let them know they need a lock. ? I had no idea having never used one, got there and realized I needed a lock. Not a big deal since luckily I wasn't far from where I could get one. But could be helpful to others in the future.
