Their return/exchange policy is horrible. I had to pay $13 to exchange something for a different size. Just buy from Amazon or a different company, most companies I’ve worked with don’t charge for that kind of stuff. Plus, it’s taken them several days just to ship the exchange. They don’t seem to care.
Update: I ended up cancelling my exchange. It was over a week after they received my knee sleeves, and they still hadn’t shipped my exchange.

I paid $300 extra for same-day shipping with Rogue Fitness, but my order never even left their facility! They labeled the package, but it was never sent to UPS. Their website’s promises of fast, reliable shipping are nothing but false advertising. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was given excuses but no real solution or refund. Paying for same-day shipping and not having the product shipped at all is unacceptable. Rogue Fitness completely failed to deliver—literally. Don’t waste your money on this company!

I paid an extra $300 for same-day shipping from Rogue Fitness, and not only did my product not arrive on time, but their customer service has been unhelpful and misleading. They promise reliable, expedited shipping on their website, yet my order was delayed without any updates. I reached out multiple times and was met with excuses rather than solutions. For a company that claims to prioritize customer service and prompt shipping, they’ve failed miserably. If you’re considering paying extra for faster shipping, save your money—Rogue Fitness does not deliver on their promises. Very disappointing!

Their equipment is nice, but customer service isn’t even an after thought. I placed an order 5+ weeks ago (9/17/24)… a rack, reverse hyper, misc odds and ends.
After a couple weeks I tried to “live chat” on their website which forces you to send an email. I was told there was a delay with the hyper and it was shipping that week in the email response… ok, no big deal.
A week later, no progress. Email again… no ETA now, just delayed.
Ok… a week later I reach out again… just wait longer.
I’m now at 5 weeks, 2 days (and counting). They’ve never proactively reached out in any way regarding the order. They refuse to ship what they have and allow the delayed piece to come whenever they’re done mining the rare earth minerals it’s made from… there is nothing but: sorry, just wait longer. The response to my inquiry today is that it’s going to ship tomorrow (the complete order) but also in this parallel universe the hyper is still delayed…
Whether on Google, in my public safety community, or my veteran contacts, I will scream from the mountaintops… “go with sorinex, or rep, or literally anyone but rogue”. They don’t value you as a customer in any way. I don’t know how they stay in business but hope the marketplace wakes to their garbage business practices.

Ordered a green hat, received a gray one. Tried to return but rogue fitness makes it so the customer has to pay return shipping.

Rogue has the worst shipping process, which really makes me never want to order from them again. Next time I'll go with other companies. I'm all for supporting American brands but when you can't give good delivery behind it you've lost me as a customer.

Do not work for this company.!!! They rip you out your money u worked for, work u to death. And they don’t pay good. After getting let go with no warning they refuse to give me my last check and they didn’t give me my money for the uniforms I payed for and returned. And now they are being sued for lost wages. The machines are always broken. I got hurt on the job bc my boss told to do something I wasn’t supposed to be doin alone, got sent to the hospital with a knee injury and on top of that they told me they wasn’t goin to pay me for the time I was out ($1000 in the whole) the only good experience at this job was meet the other associates. I would run far away from this job if u are trying to apply!
