Roger prepared my taxes while I was married. After getting divorced, there was an issue with my taxes from a past return that he filed while I was married. I needed some documentation from him so I called, numerous times, each time getting the run around from the secretary saying “he still hasn’t done that yet?”. I emailed and called for weeks, still nothing. So unprofessional.

I used to go to them from 2013-2017. I had my taxes analyzed with somebody else and they caught so many errors done by this firm. I will not go into detail, but do not trust them with your documents or to do your taxes.

I went to Roger two years in-a-row (2017 and 2018). I would never go to him ever again. I am a single, divorced, retired teacher. I was treated terribly both years with him being condescending, arrogant, unfriendly, dismissive, and even rolling his eyes in disgust, when I would ask a reasonable question. If I was business-minded, I would prepare my taxes myself. I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally in my entire life. If he treats others the way he did me, I do not know how he stays in business. I went back a second year, thinking maybe he just had a bad day the year before, when I went to him. Nope...same treatment. Maybe he just hates single, divorced women.

Roger is seriously the best! He's been doing my messy taxes for five years now. (I have a home business and rental property.) He always has an answer to all my questions. Not to mention, he was willing to help me correct a past years filing mistake that had been made before we started using his services. My ex husband use to do our taxes on his own, but when I started a business I wanted to have them professionally done. I'm glad I found Roger, and you will be too!

The first year (2016 taxes) I went to Roger was a very easy experience. This past year (2017 taxes) I paid him and we both signed off on my taxes on February 28th. It is now April 4th and he still has not submitted my taxes. I have called him once per day for the past five days and his secretary gives me the runaround saying that he will take care of it and get back to me. All he has to do is submit the e-file. I'm done with him.
