Always a good experience at Rods! My most recent trip was just to get my hat shaped. Looked to be good prices and variety of items for horse tack/items. I did not go to the western wear building, but they always have a great variety of items.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I walked around the boot section trying to find work boots. Two employees standing in that section would not interrupt their conversation to even help me. I won't be back. At least train your employees to acknowledge the fact that someone's in their section.That's customer service and sales 101.

Don’t go there if you show pigs, cattle, goats or sheep! Their employees enjoy talking about others as they shop during state fair week and giving them business. Making fun of a family I help kids! I usually recommend anyone to go there for last minute purchases. When you stoop to the level of making fun customers and talking about them. RODS will be the last place I send them now. Supposedly they’re better than everyone else who shows market stock. They must not like business, family is too nice to say anything to management but I won’t hold my tongue!

I loveeee Rods I get all my boots, jeans, and show shirts here. They also have SOOO much tack! Not just western but also English tack! Definitely my favorite tack place out of all the ones I’ve been to

Well stocked, not pretentious. Super friendly. Only fault is not enough 3XL or tall sizes or size 15 boots... :D
