We needed auto body work on the front end after hitting a deer. Rife coordinated everything with the insurance company and verified that they would use OEM parts. They did a fantastic job, matching paint, and educated us what to do to give the paint the full cure time it needs before washing.

Great work on my Tesla. They were listed as approved on Tesla website. Had minor bumper damage and some internal damage and they made is disappear. Good communication. Hard to totally please me and they did.

I am very happy with my repair from hitting a deer and the entire process with Rife’s. A rental car was at the body shop when I arrived for drop off and I left the rental there when I picked up my car. This made the process very easy. Conner kept in the loop on the progress of my vehicle and made me confident the work would be done in a timely manner! The work on my car looks great and professional! Absolutely no complaints and impressed with their level of detail! Looks like no damage ever happened. I feel confident the work is top notch and think it’s great that Rife’s includes a lifetime warranty.

Rife's was highly recommended by German Cadillac where I have my Cadillac serviced. There was a section missed in the work that should have not been missed. I was disappointed. I brought it to Conner's - control specialist attention. He apologized and took the vehicle back to the shop to have the work done. I emailed him a day later to let him know that I was disappointed and expected better from Rife's. I had a request, to which, I figured he would meet me halfway, but he met me completely 100% of the way. I was very satisfied with this outcome. I would call that taking care of your customer. They won my continued business, should I have to have any repairs done in the future. The workmanship, after everything was done, was excellent. I highly recommend them and commend Connor on how well he takes care of Rife's customers.

~BEWARE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS~
I hit a deer in November of 2023. Take it to Rife’s to fix in January of 2024. Call me and tell me that I owe extra after insurance for OEM parts. No problem. Gave me an amount. Then call and tell me the hood is on back order and if I authorize aftermarket. I say sure. Car is done. Go to pick up and the amount stays the same for OEM parts, even after they order an aftermarket hood. $500 difference by the way. When insurance paid them for aftermarket hood already. Blew it off, because I was just ready to get my car back. About a month later. I’m driving on Gemini Place in front of ikea. I hit a drop in the road and get to 315 and my car just sprays transmission fluid everywhere and my car seized. Had it towed to Jeep dealership. They diagnose the vehicle and say that the AC condenser hose fell off because it was attached to an aftermarket transmission condenser. Which was a part that was replaced in the accident. I call Rife’s and make them aware of this situation and ask how they are going to resolve the situation. Owner says he would call me back and never did. I tried to call multiple times and line would just ring, like my number was being ignored with no email response as well. They are conning people out of extra money on OEM parts is the moral to this review. I heard from Jeep dealership that the father retired and handed over the company to his son and it’s went down hill. Multiple parts have been inspected on my car and have been proven to be aftermarket. Also you will notice after repairs that they have not placed all bolts back into their proper places. Hopefully you as the customer see this review before you make the decision but if you see this after they have conned you as well… WELCOME TO THE CLUB. Just spoke with my attorney last week and he said I have 2 years to file against them. Hopefully I’ll get my reimbursement through the court. Photos added for the proof from insurance agent and dealership that the condenser was aftermarket and the list of OEM parts I was paying extra for with hood and condenser

Communication, transparency, quality, advocating for the client with insurance companies, are all things that one should expect in any service transactions, however sadly it is so rare to find these days. Let me say rifes autobody mainly my man Conner Turk, knocks it out of the park when it comes to that and more. I have had a few collisions and have been taking my cars to Conner over the past 8 years. Each and every time he has delivered a consistent, quality repair that far exceeds what I believe any body shop can produce. The attention to quality is unparalled to what I believe any other body shop can do. They don't take shortcuts and do the job properly restoring vehicles to nearly perfect condition. To say Conner is the best would be an understatement. He is an excellent communicator, I followed him from the grandview location to Westerville even though it was out of my way. They are the best in the area and I would 100 percent reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a quality repair but more so a quality experience. He is probably the best communicator I have dealt with in any service transaction. Please keep doing what you are doing, Conner you the best and I appreciate you!
