Met the delivery driver Scott at the job site. He took time to share his experience with Hi 5 roofing. Great to have his input since they are doing several homes for my family this week.Scott is friendly and wasted no time getting the delivery off loaded. Great guy.

No overnight parking, there is a small gas station down the street, but 50/50 on the parking, i myself wouldn't chance it...very easy to find and get to, everyone was friendly towards me, very fast unloading, easy to maneuver a truck around in.

Pretty sorry on their unloading time! Their fork drivers act like they just learned how to drive. I haven’t ran a forklift in years and I’m positive I could do better. Get your act together folks!

Every interaction with all of Richard's employees has been very good. Tom, the delivery guy is exceptionally professional, and great at driving the Moffitt no matter how tricky the obstacles. Give that guy a raise!

Brian And Dan are always there to answer questions. Fast turn around times and Dan keeps me abreast of what's available. The only place for growth as I see it is communication from the front to the back where you pick up materials. It can be a little slow however they are busy and you have to wait your turn which can be aggravating when you have a crew waiting on materials. Which by the way is usually no fault of Richards, I am the one that did the take off and did not order correctly. Keep up the good work!

No stars is not an option. Every time I go to this supply store it is a run around to get materials. Last transaction consisted of me ordering materials over 2 weeks prior to me picking them up, upon arrival I set there for almost 2 hours looking for my special order products. I ended up leaving because someone didnt order part of my supplies or sold them between then and receiving them. Then to top it off, they couldn't even make it a priority to get them to the job site as soon as possible. Told me that it would delivered late morning sometime? Horrible customer service and they aren't even the cheapest supply store in town. Go to marsh building supply if you want the best deals and fastest turnaround

Yes this place is great I just moved to Ohio and they gave me a job and took a chance on me. And I love the work the office guys are awesome and everyone for the most part helps each other...I hope to be here for many many years.....Brian is a great office manager.
