Tremendous customer service and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When you walk in and they get to know you you feel like you’re talking to friends and not just customer reps. I’ve been with State Farm and Renee Starr for a decade and I plan on being here as long as I draw breath!

First, I've been a client here for a few years. Maybe over 5. I've been happy with the services I received over the years. I always try to call the actual office before call State Farm. This time around Yvonne helped me to understand some billing questions I had. She said she would check into it and she did. She also followed up with. She was very friendly and thoughtful in helping me. Thank you.

I've done all my insurance business with Renee and her staff for 4 years. They are professional and friendly. They return calls and remind me if I've forgotten something. I've priced checked them and they are lowest around. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency!

These people are amazing! My mom originally recommended State Farm when I was shopping for some new car insurance, then said I should switch to Renee Starr's office when I was randomly assigned an agent I didnt know. Ive had an amazing experience ever since! I typically talk to Emily in her office. She is extremely easy to contact, very communicative through the whole process, and is very down-to-Earth and transparent on what can be a very confusing thing for some people. She helped me find the right coverage without trying to push me into something that would cost me unnecessary money in the long run. 11/10, will always recommend
