Driver went out of his way to help. Even tried checking the battery to see if it was bad before towing it to the repair shop. I was extremely impressed with the service and politeness of the driver. They delivered my car to the shop and even sent me a message to tell me they left the keys and my name with the service center. Great customer service and driver was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Reliable Towing & Services to have our SUV towed for service. I spoke to Randy on the phone and he arrived at the agreed time. He is friendly, professional, courteous and has great customer service skills. I was shocked to receive a text and picture verifying delivery of our vehicle. Who else does this??? Thank you Randy and my husband and I will share your company info with our family and friends. Yes this is 5 star service!!!!

I dropped off my 2024 Corvette c8 with a local Chevrolet dealership and unfortunately a service technician wrecked my car, my insurance company setup to have my car towed to the body shop and Reliable towing got the call. I received a call from them same day advising me that they were heading out to pick my car up and that they would inform me at the time of delivery. I told them that my shop was closing soon and although Reliable ran into some delays no fault of their own, they made the delivery in time and even included a picture of my car after they off loaded it. Thanks to everyone involved at Reliable towing and services.

We are OOS and were recommended to Reliable. They worked with us via FedEx to send out our key and moved the car to shop as soon as they could. Randy communicated with updates until car was delivered. Great service - easy to pay too with app !
