I’ve been going here for YEARS, and am always well taken care of. Zach goes way above and beyond with customer service and his boot/shoe knowledge. He always makes sure I have a proper fit and get the boots that I need. I couldn’t imagine buying any other brand or going to any other Red Wing store.

I have been purchasing my work shoes at this store for almost 10 years and the salesperson has always been Zach. On my last visit, I arrived maybe 10 minutes before opening time and the door was locked. When walking back to my car, Zach unlocked the door and called out to me simply saying "I am here, come in". The store computer saves prior purchases, I told him what I was looking for and what features I wanted. Zach checked what
I had purchased previously, showed me shoes that would match my requests, checked inventory, and completed the sale within 10 minutes. He knows the product line quite well and never pushes a sale. The quality, durability, and comfort of every purchase has been great.

These guys at the Sawmill location are great. Bought my boots a few years ago, go in time to time for miscellaneous things and everyone there is a great help. Jeff and his crew are top notch. Thank you.

Most painless shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had. I usually have a ridiculously hard time finding work boots in 14 EW, that meet my needs.
Was in and out within 10 minutes! With a great pair of boots. And insoles that match/ and offer additional comfort

These dudes hands down are about their customers!! I was running errands and didn’t pay attention to the time today and showed up right at six as they were closing the doors.. I was upset at first cause I really needed new boots for work but understood these guys wanted to get home to their families.. As I was sitting in my truck looking for another store to go to, a guy came back out and asked if I knew what I wanted and would make an exception given the fact I had socks in my hand and knew the boots I wanted.. Honestly, best boot buying experience! Quick, easy, no bull!!

Zach is the man! I have been wearing Redwing boots and shoes for years and this location is top notch, Zach is so knowledgeable and friendly and keeps me up to date with sales and anything new styles coming out.

Went in today for the first time. Met with Dominic and he helped me pick between two options I already knew I was interested in. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get my 4 year old RW boots cleaned up as well. Overall, the store has more stock than the west broad store with more heritage line specifically. I will be back tomorrow to get my older set picked up and look forward to chatting with Dominic again. Friendly, knowledgeable, and zero pressure sales which was nice.
