They said they were open until 3 on Saturday, and when I arrived at 02.45, the store was closed. I returned on Sunday at 10.00 a.m., but they were not open even though the hours posted says that they are open 10:00 to 12:00 on Sundays.

There are several reasons to use this store for U-Haul. The first is simply the people. They are nice, a quality that goes a long way when you have to move stuff. They have a lot of trucks, so I have been able to get trucks on two different August Saturdays, a busy time. They also have a lot of parking. They have gone out of their way to make my tasks easy (I won't raise expectations by listing favors done, but the folks here are very considerate).

placed an order online for a truck, doly, boxes and tape. days in advance. worker was already late to work so there was a line of people waiting and this girl had no clue what she was doing because she "only works saturdays". a 5 min process turned into a 35 min process due to her not knowing where any supplies were in the store or reading our order number to match the product numbers. we only bought supplies here to save time by lessening the trips to purchase items. save yourself some time and go to walmart to buy the supplies. will not be using this business again.

I have used this business for all my shipping needs for years! The (sorta)new owners are very nice and always offer to help carry packages inside for me. They also try to pack/ship at the least cost possible. I also appreciate that the staff masks when a customer comes in. I would highly recommend this business.

As someone inexperienced at selling on eBay, especially a large, expensive item like an industrial 25 quart lab sterilizer, I decided I should seek professional packing help so I didn't inadvertently do a poor job and end up with a damaged shipment. The person working was absolutely lovely and a little busy so I left my package and returned later for pickup. Everything looked fine on the surface to me. Well, the shipment arrived damaged. The metal base was broken into pieces and the sterilizer was so damaged it leaks, so it is useless. I have been trying to contact them for a week now and they will not return phone calls or Facebook messages. I assume they have a process for reimbursing a client for goods damaged as a result of poor packaging, but I cannot get in touch with anyone to confirm or use it. At this point, I'm out approximately $500 for broken equipment, $50 for shipping, and the $18 I paid for subpar, UNprofessional packaging that caused these losses. And created a sad/bad ending to what had been a terrific eBay interaction. I will continue to try to contact Quality Box & Pack and update this review according to their response. But so far, I would advise you to go to the UPS store down in Olentangy Plaza. Javier was excellent to work with--very patient, diligent, and meticulous in helping pack and ship boxes. I will continue to go there and recommend them until my issue is satisfactorily resolved.

I have been using this place to ship about 2-3 times a month for almost 10 years. I've never had any issues with my packages and they have always been very kind and helpful (old owners and new).
