It was a pleasure coming into the store and purchasing my first mattress in 5 years. Grant was super helpful and knowledgeable with the products. It was a beautiful store as well.

So I have been debating on whether or not I would leave this review because it has really left my family distraught about the entire situation.Around a month or so ago my grandparents and I took a trip to Easton my grandpapa has been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately due to a chronic condition that he has and my family and I were looking to get him a new bed. I believe it was on a Saturday night if I recall right, so we decided to let them look around your store while myself and my mother to grab food. Well, when we met back up with them they were extremely sad and frustrated about a situation that took place in the store. My grandparents are both disabled and on the spectrum and when I asked them what happened they explained that there was a woman in there who was very helpful at first encouraging and explaining about the product and then because we offered to help pay for the mattress they were discussing their ability to pay because they didn't want to be a financial burden on us. My grandparents like most don't make a large amount of money and are struggling to make their way through, but regardless this is an expense our family was willing to help pay for due to the matter at hand for their health. They overheard a woman who was helping them basically call them out of their name and say something a long the lines of "if you can't afford this why are you wasting my time" of course she didn't say this to them but they overheard it and to do that to a customer is just absolutely cruel. I WAS LIVID when I heard this!!! I asked them if they got her name but they couldn't remember it. I get that purple needs to make money, but this is in no way how someone should be treated especially the elderly. I have been going back and forth about going in and filing a complaint, my grandparents have wandered a few times but noticed she was never there and so we thought maybe since she's no longer there we may decide to file the complaint but we ended up seeing her again. Honestly completely disgusted with this store and the fact that they have people like this working for them. There were other nice employees who helped my grandparents a few times earlier and none of them were a problem so I'm just not sure what changed from their initial visit to the last visit they had with this woman but she has made us also think about taking further action because this is discrimination. My grandparents did decide to just make the purchase because we were helping but at the end of the day it was only because they really needed a great quality bed only leaving 2 stars because the other employees were so friendly and the mattress is great quality

my recent experance was bad, the gurl in there was very pushy and seems unsincere. Would not reccommend. Some people just like to window shop and learn more, THATS ALL. No need to make them feel bad.

I can’t speak highly enough of Reba. She went above and beyond to ensure my kids and I made the selections of pillow that were best suited for all of us. She was very product knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely be recommending this product and location to friends and family.

Nick was a great help explained all about Purple and the options. Great store that offers ability to try the Purple mattresses. They are unique and if you are looking for a mattress I highly suggest considering them as a option!
