We chose Primrose Schools for mainly 2 reasons the accessibility to my work also downtown and the curriculum for its students. But we quickly realized there were so many other reasons to love Primrose schools, especially including its staff. The teachers are so personable, professional, and confident. They can command a classroom and respect the kids at the same time. My kid has been going to primrose for about 2 years and in that time, he has learned to walk, talk, and express opinions. The teachers have commented on how much he's grown and how fun it has been to watch. I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Morris, Ms. Patrick, and Mr. Blake for always being above and beyond teachers during this time.
I have been impressed with the programs and curriculum Primrose has provided. My kid comes home telling me about electricity and recycling, or how plants grow or about a story they read in class every day. He thrives in their academic environment. Primrose has been such a support in my parenthood journey and I would recommend it to anyone who needs an elevated daycare experience.

My daughter has been at Primrose Downtown for just over 2 years. I have always felt that they take very good care of her. Just recently, I attended a Kindergarten Readiness session for kids set to begin kindergarten in the fall.
I am so happy to report that she has been learning and doing nearly everything on their readiness checklist for the better part of a year, and in some cases longer. I truly feel like they have done great work to prepare her for school.

Sending my two boys (ages 4 and 6 months) has been amazing. Everyone, from management to the teaching staff, treats my kids with the utmost respect and kindness. As a parent, I am always greeted with a smile and always l receive information about my boys’ day in a prompt and professional manner. I have seen tremendous growth out of both my boys and they are always excited for another day at school! Thank you for being fantastic!!!

We have absolutely loved having our daughter at Primrose. Her teachers have been absolutely incredible and we can't believe how much she's learned and grown in her time there. Even with the limited language skills of an 18 month old, she comes home every day talking about her friends and teachers and what they did all day. They are very good at providing visibility into what she's learning, if she's eating and napping ok, and share tons of pictures. It's always hard being away from you kid during the day but the frequent updates (and adorable photos!) we get throughout the day make a huge difference.Incredibly grateful to have the Primrose crew as part of our village — thanks for all you do, we don't know what we'd do without you!

I absolutely love the primrose of Columbus down town! I have three girls who attend the school and every day they learn something new and continue to amaze me at how smart they are getting. The staff and other families are so kind and make everyone feel at home and welcome.

Our 2 year old daughter has been for the last 9 months, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly, and she loves her teachers. The communication is top-notch with lots of pictures throughout the day, as well as notifications for all meals and diaper changes. Would highly recommend!

3 of my girls have went here and they all loved it. They take good care of the kids and they learn a lot while they are there. I would recommend this school to anyone wanting their kids to get a head start!

My children have been enrolled here for over a year and we absolutely love it! I have a child in the infant room and a child in the pre-k class. The infant teachers are super loving and very prompt with meal feeds/diapers. My other son adores his pre-k teacher and is learning so much each day!!

I hadn’t had a baby in 8yrs when I had my daughter, I’m also not from Columbus, so finding a daycare was very stressful. I didn’t have to go back to work for 5 months so I assumed we would be ok. The first daycare was cheaper, but let my daughter cry all day. The second daycare was downright disgusting. Primerose stood out. 1. Never stinks when you walk in the building.2. The classrooms are clean, tidy, and they disinfect the toys, and bed sheets daily, babies also have their “own” cribs, no sharing3. All milk types, feeding needs are met and accepted4. I’ve gotten pictures, updates, throughout the app since the day I brought her (amazing memories)5. I have art projects saved that they have done with the babies since they could sit up6. I was impressed that they didn’t just “say” they taught sign language my daughter said “mama” “milk” after a month of being there.7. Babies get sick in all daycares unfortunately it comes with the territory, but primerose is amazing at notifying of any and all illnesses.8. The employees are kind and actually get to know your babies.9. The baby rooms can seem intimidating at first, but if you watch how the employees work the babies learn to wait their turn. One minute the room is full of crying babies the next they are all content. The system works.10. My baby has religious and health restrictions that were accommodated without an inkling of fuss.11. Diapers are provided12. The food is nutritious, the babies enjoy it, learn to feed themselves, and they are introduced to a variety of foods. They advocate baby led weaning, which I learned from primerose.13. At two they have teachers that speak Spanish to the babies, this might not be a bonus to some, but bilingual children are known to be smarter, and is a bonus in the future for jobs, education and travel.Overall I’m beyond pleased at my decision to become a part of the primerose family. Paying for daycare can be a struggle, but diapers being provided truly does offset price, and makes primerose actually cheaper than other centers. Nonetheless, you can’t put a price on quality, safety, or the security I feel not having to worry in the slightest about my baby being in the safest most capable of hands. Thank you Primerose peace of mind is priceless

We feel fortunate to have our daughter at Primrose Downtown. Our child feels cared for, we are comfortable with the faculty and staff, we receive updates and pictures throughout the day in the app. We're happy with the curriculum, food options, and the overall experience.

I been with primrose for almost 5 years and I love working there. Also, my son has been going there since he was 3 months and I couldn’t trust no other daycare or staff to take care of him . The staff is amazing and all the infant teacher make me and his dad feel safe and welcoming when dropping him off with them. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My two boys have gone to The Primrose of Columbus Downtown for a little over a year now. They have learned so much and the bond they have with their teachers is truly amazing. I’m so grateful to have amazing care for my children.

We chose Primrose for our second child because we immediately felt comfortable when we walked in. Kind faces, happy teachers and staff. Our son loves his teachers and is learning more than we could have ever imagined! Very thankful for Primrose Downtown!
