I was able to do a deposit, the bank does function. However, I first had to deal with attitude from the Teller, who couldn't explain why something can't be done, only that it can't and i need to go elsewhere. If I have to go elsewhere for half my needs, what do I need PNC for?PNC seems to constantly "change" their policy on a whim to make banking harder and more invonvenient for its customers.Shout out to the friendly banker who was able to be nice while saying no instead of just saying no.

I never thought I'd post a Google review on a bank but I felt the need after visiting this PNC branch on Hamilton Rd (just North of Morse Rd) on a Monday afternoon at 2:30 pm.Just as other reviews mentioned, very slow service. I waited in the drive through line for 20 mins (one lane opened and three cars in front of me) before parking and going inside the lobby.There was only two bank employees juggling the drive thru and the lobby window. No one was in line in front of me in the lobby yet it still took nearly 10 mins for me to be waited on and simply make a deposit. That's 30 mins total! I've never experienced this slow service at any PNC branch in over twenty years of being their customer.Clearly PNC isn't as committed to this brick and mortar location and prefer their customers use their other services. I will go to other PNC branches who are committed to customer service for my future needs.I gave 2 stars because the employee that waited on me was very pleasant.

Went in today to complete a wire transfer. The personal banker that helped us, his name was Matt, was very helpful and friendly. Another banker assisted with the appointment check in process and was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Thanks PNC!

Do not open any accounts here. The manager is probably about 20 years old. She ignores all situations and does not care if the line is backed out the door, she will not help. She cannot pull herself off the phone to help her tellers manage customers. And apparently tellers aren't trained to ask those with account issues, such as overdrafts and such, to step aside and speak with an account specialist. They had one teller on the front line and one teller on drive through, front line was out the door and drive through was also 8 cars deep at @3 pm today. This is not the first time this has happened at the Hamilton Road branch near the Home Depo. The lady behind me says she banks at fifth third down the road on Hamilton. I went there once to deposit money into my mom's account and it was fantastic. I need to switch banks!! First, PNC closes the New Albany branch instead of offering drive thru during Covid, then it closes many other locations and now it's way under staffed. They can't blame this all on democrats. They must not be paying what people are worth or they wouldn't have this staffing shortage. Anyway, for whatever reason, this particular branch of PNC offers consistently bad service. Much needed improvement.

PNC is by far the best he most horrible to bank with. I opened an account at the New Albany Branch when I moved back to the area in 2019. I was told by the Lady who I dealt with small but important things such as free counter checks if needed, no charge for cashier checks. If ever overdraft fees would be added they give you days even up to a week to make right before charging the crazy fees... or she suggested stopping in and she would clear any. All a bunch of lies apparently. This location as well as many have since shut down. $10 for a cashier check. $1.50 for a counter check... not many people use checks anymore however every now and then one might be needed. Their ATM is one that could definitely use and update. Looks like one of the first ever created. Could not deposit cash at this location for over a week, wouldn’t take the money... should never be down that long without someone noticing within the company and having repaired. I’ve never banked at such a bank... reason I will be moving to the new Bank Of America location directly down Hamilton Rd from PNC.

Do not bother banking with PNC. Horrible Bank. Opened an account at New Albany location... shut down.. Sunbury Rd... shut down.. along with many other locations . I was told so many lies when opening this account by the Lady I was with at the New Albany Branch... free counter checks... nope not free... free cashier checks... nope not free... overdraft charges not attached for a week and she would take care of any if I ever were in that situation... lie after lie... my online banking app never allows me to log in... tired of bothering... ATM is one of the first ever created I'm guessing... wouldn't accept cash deposits for over a week... would think someone within the company would notice and have repaired immediately... PNC is way behind in banking and to many fees ... going to Bank of America that just opened a new Branch down the street from the now closet PNC location on Hamilton Rd ...

Horrible service. PNC service has gone downhill. I miss Andreas. He was great!! They closed the branch on New Albany Rd West. That was a big mistake. The people are not friendly or care about you as a customer. They act as though you are imposing.
