Ever since they got rid of Amy and Skye, now there is always a line for the tellers every time I go in there. My work deposits there and banks there so we have to go in 2-4 times a week. The new tellers are useless and take forever. Forget using the drive thru that will take longer. The doors supposedly don't allow you to walk in all at once but half the time they aren't activated. Also, their ATM malfunctions about once a month. I swear if Gabby didn't work at this location, I would go do the deposits elsewhere. If I could convince my work to change banks I would.

Dirty business. They have policies about maintaining a $500 running total in your checking account. But then want to put a 150$ hold on the account for 4 days and counting to lower my monthly average. Bank literally anywhere else because this is a dirty penny pinching, and manipulative business.

Customer service is horrible. I always have to wait 20 - 40 minutes to talk to anyone. I would make an appointment, but no one will answer the phone. Now I’m trying to make an appointment to close my account. Time for a new bank!

Flat out refused to help us with a name change because "they were closing" but we were there 30 minutes before they closed. Told us their banker was on a call and wouldn't let us wait in the lobby, they demanded we make an appointment even though they initially told us we didn't need to.

They try to take care of you however if you have loans and try to set up direct payments stay on top of them it took me 3 times to get my mortgage set up and they caused late payments.I also have had no luck with my online banking my wife and I have a joint account and they have locked me out but they take my direct deposits???

I waited for 30 minutes to get to see the teller only to tell me he couldn't cash my bonds because it would take too long and there were others customers. I tried to explain it was urgent and that I was limited for time but he refused and said I had to wait for a banker. I waited but the banker disappeared and never returned.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Only one customer in the place with an hour left of opening and refused to help.

SLOWEST bank ever!!!!!Everyday!!I operate businesses and deal with multiple banksNot only is this location slower than all the others they rarely have change. When they do have it, it takes over 20mins to gather it. It’s not business like to not be able to provide your customers with change. Will be finding a new bank!

Frustrated! I called ahead to this location to see if they had a notary available and was informed they had "several" in today. I arrived minutes later and was asked to take a seat and wait. Looked like they had 3 bankers in that day. One in their office working on their computer and the other two were with customers. One came available but she told me she was not a notary and that I had to wait on the one particular bank busy with customers. 45 minutes later I had to leave to pick up my son from school. I am very frustrated that I was informed they had "several" notaries but I ended up leaving without anything notarized because the one notary I was waiting on.
