Everyone is nice there accept the manager, She was very rude to me and was taking very long to do her job seemed to me that it was on purpose. I hope she can see this and stop giving her customers an attitude.

I had an in person appointment at which time I shut down my accounts as I was moving to a different bank. Two months later I find out that my credit account was not shut down and it not only had a balance but was overdue, I paid the balance and had it shut down. Then I find out a month after that there is another account which was also not shut down and is also overdue. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated as this took my credit score from 810 to 688 and was the first late payment I have ever had since I opened the account 11 years ago. I would encourage you to go anywhere but here and bank with anyone else but PNC based on my experience as a customer of 11 years.

I have come by several time to pull out money and their ATM doesn’t allow withdrawals. I have also sat in line at the drive through only to never be addressed and me finally giving up and leaving. The other issue I had was I came for a personal loan, it should be noted I had a decent credit score (mid to high 700’s), I was quoted 8% on my personal loan but after the credit check it skyrocketed to 13%. This is absurd. I had also come by to refinance my car, despite the fact that my car is worth upwards of $25,000, with it being as old as it is they refused to refinance because it was too old. I went elsewhere and was given a loan with an APR 42% lower than PNC and was able to refinance no problem. I’d abandon PNC if I hadn’t been with them since the beginning.

I regret not reading the reviews prior to visiting this branch. Extremely inefficient and unbothered with whether you have business with them or not. It took me about 30 minutes to get a withdrawal, despite the fact that there was only one additional client and about six or more stuff. When I asked the teller what the drive-thru limit was so I might use it the next time, she responded, "we cannot share that information." The teller to her left stated, "She is correct; we are not permitted to divulge the amount permitted at the drive-thru," while the teller to her right stated, "$1000." I was at this point perplexed as to which statement applied to PNC policy. The fact that the teller stated explicitly that she didn't care whether I closed my account or not swayed me. Finally, without the recording button at your fingertips, you can’t challenge anyone in this world.Bye PNC.

This PNC is run so poorly. Everytime I come in here the tellers are just talking not catering to guests what so ever. I came here a couple of days ago to withdrawal money and then deposit it into another PNC account. The teller was annoyed I didnt have the accout numbers but I did have the actual bank cards. She made her annoyance known with a loud sigh and eye rolling. I asked to have an overdraft fee waved as a one time courtesy and Nathan said he could not as his manager was not in. I was handed a phone number instead and expected to call. I'm a busy person, i dont have time to be on the phone waiting. Highly disappointing to say the least.

I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new bank to avoid the entire PNC option. Been a customer since they were national city back in 2006. That ends today.

wost service ever , i was there to take out some cash , she told me we need to see if we have it first i said oky , she told me yes we have it and it gonna be all 20 dollas bills i said it oky , she told me to sit down till the manager finished a call and come to give us the aprovel ?!?!? after 30 min waiting he come to me telling me sorry we cant do that service i asked him 3 times why he did not give me a one clear answer , horrible .. i went out straight to chase bank and open a account with them they way proffessionnelle then PNC workers and im absolutly gonna close my accout with PNC , horriblee serive

Never seen an atm down this much. They'll string MAYBE 2 weeks together before another atm failure but more often than not, it's every few days.
