Be warned!!!! Terrible location. Went Thursday night. Everything was going ok like normal. I took my card out, heard money being counted. Then it just pops out receipt, and an error message popped up. Saying I didn't take money in enough time. To contact my financial institution. First off, this is a ATM. If you didn't give me money, don't reflect that you did. I could've just went to another ATM if this machine didn't reflect a transaction. Which I don't understand?!?! Before you give me money, you verify the money is there. The dispense money. But this Transaction, you didn't dispense money, but reflected to my financial institution that you did. I don't understand how this is legal?!?? Why is there not a direct line for specific ATM problems?? In what profession can you be using faulty equipment and not be sued??? ATM's only have three 3 limited services. Check balances, receive money, and give money. This machine clearly needs serviced or put out of commission. This is why I don't bank with PNC. I called, they said this happens all the time. Well if you cared, why isn't there steps in place to ensure this never happens again. Oh because PNC is the lowest form of banking. This is why they've closed 6 banking locations in Columbus. Be warned!!!
