I found the employees at this branch to be rude and sometimes even difficult-especially one of the bankers. I'd recommend trying another PNC branch as I detested my experience dealing with the people at this one...

Tldr: they sign you up for accounts without telling you the $50 a month cost for fees.My husband and I went in after our wedding to create a joint account to deposit wedding gift checks with both of our names on the checks. We worked with a manager to create these accounts and explicitly told him a limited amount (which he knew the value) was going to be deposited into these accounts and that this account wasnt intended for regular use. When we go to look at our statements a few months later, $500 in fees had been taken out of one of the accounts, completely draining it of our wedding gifts. We were never told there would be fees associated with the account we created and we never would have willingly agreed to create an account with such high fees with the intention of not using. When I called to close the account, even the national representative said we should have been given a fee schedule. She also said we had 3 accounts when we only had wanted to create 2 and didn't even have account information for the 3rd.Thanks for stealing our wedding gifts!!

Unfortunately i use to love this branch but for the past 3 weeks i have came in at open at close and on my lunch breaks to try and get change nothing crazy just a roll of each …. However I’ve been told “i don’t have change can you come back in an hour ?” Or “sorry i don’t have change” the teller will never see if another teller has change or if they can do anything for me they just processed to stare at me like a zombieI’m very upset I’m a general manager at a business and today i had to go to giant eagle to get change for my store after standing with a teller for over 45 mins to be told sorry can’t help you can you come back later i should have some.I will be using a different pnc bank for the foreseeable future

When you're black and you go to this PNC to get your money they treat you like you stole it they take forever they're dismissive they ask for extra identification, all because you are black.

Was misinformed by a teller here and they didn't provide all the information regarding their credit cards, resulting in them trying to get me to submit two credit card applications. To top it off, the teller repeatedly lied regarding the application and appeal process. Nothing was done as far as I was aware and the manager had the gull to ask me, after explaining all of this, to come in and apply again with the same teller. Not even with the manager directly. Seems to be there is either a distinct lack of training for the tellers or they are doing this intentionally. Would advise to choose another location.

the atm rarely ever works here when depositing cash, not to mention, the atm decided to reboot in the middle of a deposit transaction & the money didn't even deposit into my account

Learn to dress for success. The inside location smells maybe the manager does not shower according to teller on here last day . Outside of business is dirty and just sorry I touched anything at this bank from fear of Covid 19 . Yikes
