I have called 3 times now and the 1-800 number directs you to an off shore call center. This is a problem because they are incapable of doing anything except the very basics. I was just on hold for 30 minutes and got no where with my request. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

Poor communication, inexperienced staffing, as an existing customer's feeling disrespectful by the inexperienced banker's at my appointment with him to open more accounts, but instead of he rushed me out the bank so he can takes other customer due to he was behind on his schedule for the next person. While working on my applications to have new accounts that have not completed and un resolved the problems. He was Very rude and disrespectful to me as an existing customer who is trying to give them more business due to local businesses that I have been loyalty to the company for over a decade with many accounts with them. As a local business owner, I would recommend all the local businesses should consider other branches instead of this branch.

I have a credit card with this bank over 10 years because I have not used it they canceled and wreck my credit. what is wrong with banks nowdays. they love you up untill your back is against the wall then they bend you over to ruin your credit and life.DON'T GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THESE CROOKS

If YOU are looking for a new bank, PNC Bank is absolutely “Leading The Way” in the banking realm. This location at 1530 West First Avenue has a spectacular team. Adam Miller (Senior Financial Consultant) provided me with exceptional customer service. I am a brand new member (June 2022), and I was opening up a checking account coming from Huntington. Adam took the time to understand why I wanted to switch banks. He really wanted to make sure I was making the best choice to fit my banking needs. I felt extremely satisfied after seeing first hand just how well PNC takes care of its members. My appointment was at 5:15pm (This location closes at 6:00pm on Fridays), and Adam went above and beyond explaining to me all the fantastic benefits that PNC has to offer. He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in great detail. He even stayed 15 minutes after closing answering my questions. I am 100% confident that PNC’s focus is on YOU — They genuinely provide the best care for their members. This Bank far exceeded my expectations, for you will leave a proud member of PNC.Thank You PNC! ?

Very friendly and helpful staff (including security guard greeting as I walked in), helped me with my requests and answered all my questions. Clean location, very beautiful exterior, clean indoors too.

Have been using this branch since we moved to town 3 years ago. They are always friendly and helpful and actually care about their customers. They suggest ways to make banking easier, more efficient and how to best protect yourself.Ask for Jacob. He is awesome and always has a smile on his face for you.

I absolutely dread having to do any banking at this branch. They are horrible - extremely slow service, unfriendly tellers.....after sitting at the drive-thru window (which now is covered up so you can't tell if anyone is there or not which I find extremely rude) for 20 minutes, I finally pressed the call button just to get someone to greet me. Every visit is always a long wait and an unpleasant experience. My banking experience at Chase is 1,000 times better. It just feels like PNC is cutting back and putting profits above customer experience, forgetting that without customers there aren't profits.

This isn’t my usual branch, but I stopped by to get a new debit card since it’s close to my office. I had to wait in my car 10-15 minutes since they are only working through the two pneumatic tube drive throughs because of COVID. The actual card-getting took about 5 minutes and I was pretty impressed.
An associate called me after hours to apologize for the wait even though I totally understood. Fantastic customer service!
