Worse branch ever service wise. False information provided, they sent me to another bank not PNC branch. Another bank to get document stamp. Needless to say the bank refused as I am not their customer. I tried in vein explaining this to PNC employee she insisted I should go there. By the way I showed proof that I am PNC bank. My advice close this branch as it was useless at least to me.

Pick another branch. The manager is curt and abrasive. I've tried coming to this location multiple times and never received service. "ATM is broken." "Only one employee, so I can't do anything." "We don't do that here." The excuses pile up. It isn't worth the hassle to find parking, deal with unhelpful attitudes, and then go to another branch. Just drive another 5-10 minutes to another branch.

PNC has renovated there units from the 10th floor to the 23rd floor. Americas Floor Source installed all of the hardwood, carpet and tile. These units look amazing and what a great view!!

The banker was helpful, but they have no tellers here, so they expect you to do everyday routine services with the ATM. It's kind of weird to have it set up that way in their very nice premier location. They are supposed to be soon upgrading their ATM to do more. The renovation of the courtyard in the plaza is so nice, it would be good if they actually had more flesh and blood employees here. But that's the trend that's going away.

This bank as an institution sucks. Especially in a progressive metropolitan city. It's not the people who work here who deserve a low score. It's the business. The employees literally have nothing to do all day, besides explain to you what they can't do for you banking wise..and why it's not possible. At this point, just bank online. I hate it here.

Complete waste. Why have a branch that’s not able to assist you. Then have an atm machine they can’t even assist with money services in this branch.

This bank branch is a complete waste of space. They have NO TELLERS, they CANNOT TAKE DEPOSITS, they are UNABLE TO DO WIRE TRANSFERS, or much of anything at all. The location is staffed with ONE lady that is unable to do anything except tell you to go to another branch. I have visited this branch many times and it used to be fully a functional bank branch... now it is a lobby with an incompetent lady that gives directions to the next nearest branches.

Cashless bank. Why am I banking with PNC if they are not operating as a bank? It is an ATM with a sales force. Pathetic

The downtown broad Street location has basically done away with its customer service one teller even though there are two teller areas. And the poor one teller seems to be taking incoming calls so no longer a service desk I waited 25 minutes finally had to leave without any service.

This is the 3rd location atm that has been this way late night. Being that PNC has the fewest locations and atm of any major bank in Columbus this is a nightmare for me to deal with being a 24 hr plumbing service that still regularly recieved checks. I like to physically deposit them at the atm. I opened an account at Huntington last week before the holidays because after 5 years of frustratingly trying to depend on the small details of pnc they have done nothing but continually let me down from cutting all location hrs from some at 7pm to all closing at 5pm, limited staff and all locations apologizing any time I go inside for being "understaffed" for the day. What your understaffed everyday? Seriously? At about every location? Not a good bank, showing signs of a failing business model for sure
