Under staffed. Not enough people here to help customers waiting to speak with someone. Almost 10 people waiting to speak with a bank assistant. And then 7 people in line and only 2 tellers when there is 3 windows. This bank needs more workers.

Waited for 45 minutes with ONE person ahead of me in line. Because teller sat and talked with customer in front of me FOREVER about why he was withdrawing money (for his vacation). I shouldn’t be going to a bank to withdraw money and it take 45 minutes, AND I get the life story of the person being helped in front of me. This is ridiculous, I wrote this while STILL WAITING LOL.. wish me luck.

It's a good bank. People in will take time and help you. They will be personable with you. They'll take their time to explain things that possibly needs to be explained. They do have three ATMs two in the drive-thru and one on the side. So if you just want to use ATM you have a couple different choices. I walk up and to drive throughs. They also have a high one so if you're in a truck or something that sits up high it's easier to get to

Jenni is RUDE ..Not Sure if she is the manager, but if she is that's not good.She really didn't make me feel comfortable at all about cashing a check just because it was a rather larger check.I felt Discriminated.However she may have not meant it that way, her Delivery was wrong.Black, White orange or Yellow Please show the same respect for All as you would want shown to you. that's if the check is 20$ or 20 thousand .you get 1 Star!!!!!

This is my last time at this bank, you wait an hour in line with all the tellers available. Conversing and laughing behind the glass with a bank full of people and a line outside. Not to mention, the man I've been to twice lied about what is available because he didn't want to do more work.

They had great customer service inside. 3 different workers asked me if I needed assistance. Perhaps come inside versus waiting in the outside line. Like everywhere else in this country, this place could be understaffed.

I have had a terrible experience with PNC Bank. The customer service is extremely poor - I have been on hold for long periods of time and have been transferred from department to department with no resolution to my issue. Additionally, the online banking system is very confusing and often does not work properly. I have had multiple issues with my account, including unauthorized transactions and fees that were not properly disclosed. When I attempted to resolve these issues with customer service, I was met with hostility and was not able to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, my experience with PNC Bank has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

One of the worst experience I've experienced at a bank in regards to lack of information. I came into the branch to inquire about types of accounts the representative I dealt with is not knowledgeable. For privacy purposes I will not name the banker. However it seemed like every time I ask him a question he had to get someone else. I understand that we are all new at some point. But if that was the case you should have had another banker with him. The parking at this location is very difficult and cumbersome. The interior seem to be very bland not a lot of energy going on. After this experience it definitely be motivated me to get a PNC account. I try to see something positive out of every interaction so I will say that the banker was dressed professionally and he was friendly.

The so could assistant manager wale was very rude I think he got issue with AA people. He was very rude and I plan on putting formal complaint with the he DM about him. If he can’t respect people he need to fine another job!!

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. A fellow customer literally left in tears over something while I was standing in line. The interior is disgusting and they will not cover even basic things like notaries unless you have an account. Avoid
