Horrible bank. If you have fraud on your account, good luck with that. They don't care, won't handle the resolution properly. Find somewhere else to bank with if you value being able to spend your own money on things you choose.

I tried to close my bank account today and it wasn't a good day for them so they asked me to come back tomorrow or go to a different branch.After being a thorn in the tellers side, they closed my account.Nick was not helpful!

I'm not sure why the drive thru lights indicate that the drive thru is open. I sent my information thru the tube and sat there for 10 minutes. I hit the call button twice. Nobody ever came. Had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes to get my stuff back.

So happy with this branch. Not long ago my belongings were stolen off my vehicle including id etc. Came back today after getting my new ID etc and I was pleased to have been asked a few more questions by the guy at the drive thru lane today.It gave me peace of mind in knowing they are following the procedures to keep my account safe. Thank you!

Went in to get a notary waited a couple minutes my daughter had to use the restroom and teller wouldn't let her. She's 5. I've been a customer for decades and frequently do banking at this location

Have been a customer for 25 years or so before they were even PNC. Went in to get a form notarized for a background check on one of my employees and they refused since it was my employee, and not me, that was signing the form. How is that for customer service for a long time customer!? The only thing it cost them was my business. Taking my $60k and going to Huntington.....Chao

The bank manager here set up my business accounts wrong! Was informed months later when doing a routine deposit and the checks I deposited for large sum of money got returned. The last straw was the bank associate watching ppl trying to use there broken atm. He found it amusing for some reason. Seems poorly to me. Guess that's y your all getting replaced by technology. I heard McD's is hiring

Everyone working in PNC are really friendly . This location does get busy at times & the wait can be more then a few mins. Enjoy banking at PNC . Hours did change so call before driving to location .
