The bathrooms smell bad, they don't clean well, the gym doesn't have enough machines for adults and a small space.

Clean, organized, the usual equipment. Tons of tanning beds if you are into that. And clearly, a nice massage chair. I love being a black card member ?

As I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up my wife a black man on a Mercedes playing loud rap music came into the parking lot. After playing the music and blocking the driveway he pulled into a clearly marked Handicapped parking spot and got out of his car and went into Planet fitness. I checked to see if he had a Handicapped permit which he didn't. Nor were his plates Handicapped. This is very disrespectful to those needing to park close to a business due to their Handicapped condition. This new breed of young black men who choose not to follow common rules are what is wrong with this country. So you young black men go ahead and go into this fitness center. It's just a shame they can't do anything to improve your small self-centered brains.

If fate has found you at this PF, i am SO sorry :( however, since you’re here you might as well make the most of it and i’d like to offer some advice to make it a slightly less awful experience :) first off, do your best to limit your liquid/protein intake while you’re here - why? Well you’re lucky if there’s ONE functioning toilet/urinal in the bathroom. Seriously, at one point NEITHER of the toilets in the men’s room were working and good luck if you’re disabled/handicapped bc that stall has been out of order for about a year. And for at least 6 months last year there was only one functioning urinal, yes BOTH the stalls were out of order - i’m pretty sure that’s illegal??? (Women’s restroom might be better, can’t say for sure)
Lucky for you though, limiting your intake of water won’t be difficult bc 9 times out of 10 the water fountain water bottle filter is out of order, and about 5 times out of 10 all of the water fountains are out of order :) , you MIGHT get really lucky though and they MIGHT have water bottles behind the desk but last time i went they were even out of that ???.

Billing scam. I canceled my membership and because location staff who are barely available did not handle the matter correctly I was charged the annual fee after being a member less than 2 months. When I noticed a charge on my account and went back to confirm the cancelation I was told the form that should have been furnished was never completed. I have contacted representation to file a formal lawsuit. The location was filthy, you could smell urine outside the mens locker room. When a woman was rated inside the gym during operational hours it was the last straw for me. Not only could you not get any assistance from staff, but I can not have my fiancé work out there without me for fear of being rated. Horrible company and even more horrible location. Stay far away from this company.

I was in the facilities today and the person at the reception did not want to put the majase chairs for me, he was very upset because I told him that he does not serve clients and that he only happens on the phone ? talking to such an extent that he even threatened me and with his fist ? angry ? if they are going to make people violent Working in a place where people shop means having to be more careful for the sake of it. I'm paying for the black membership so they're saying bad words to me and they don't provide the service, why which one pays? It was a person who is from Puerto Rico, he is a man, please take note of the matter before this person continues to threaten you and say bad words without you needing them ok, thank you

THIS IS THE WORST PLANET FITNESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! the staff super rude when i went in to cancel, and then he didnt even complete the cancellation and then they TOOK TWO PAYMENTS from my account well tried to I contact my bank in time to stop them and when I called ZERO HELP!!!!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This location keeps changing the times that they are open. I work 2nd shift and would work out after. Then, all the sudden weeks ago, back to closing at 10 pm and forcing me to go to Gahanna. I've Had my membership since they first opened in Whitehall! They were better back than but now they are terrible. If I have to drive further I might as well cancel my membership! It's sad that you can't go to your own Neighborhood gym! 3 people on day shift but can't get anyone to work second!

Stephanie was an absolute delight at this location, she helped me understand the equipment I was using and helped me set up the hydro bed in the back. I work in customer service and I have to say she is definitely and asset to this company. Thanks for being so polite and accommodating Stephanie :)
