The gym is nice but the service is lacking. I have come to the gym 3 times to cancel my membership and I continue to be charged. It is very difficult getting support from the employees and management. Every time I go in, I'm reassured the issue with billing has been fixed, yet every month I keep getting charged. I'm going to have to file a grievance with my bank to have this addressed as a fraud if I keep getting charged. I'm not sure what else to do.

Go here regularly and although I love the location the gym is always filthy - there’s too many people sitting at the desk for the gym to be this bad. It’s a gym the number one thing the staff should be on top of is cleaning and they do not.

Just relocated to the area and this is the closest Planet Fitness. This facility is very small and equipment is crammed in tightly. When there are a decent amount of people there everyone is on top of each other working out. They have a nice array of equipment to choose from which is nice and I have yet to experience equipment out of order. Definitely need to reconsider the layout of the place and find more room for stretching and mat work than is currently available. Since I am new here I definitely need to learn the flow of people so I can pick a good time to go when the crowd is low. My normal early morning workout time doesn’t work well for this location. Staff seem friendly. Facility is clean (although I haven’t yet ventured into the locker room). If there was more space to workout without feeling like you are on top of your neighbor I would give this a higher rating.

Went today and seriously considering canceling my membership. Half of the cleaning stations are out of order or not checked regularly so they are out of towels or cleaning solutions. In turn, people aren't cleaning the equipment after use. I left mid work out, absolutely disgusting.

Been going here for years. Convenient and small but has gone down-hill. Very dirty equipment and restrooms are filthy, out of toilet paper & soap dispenser has not worked in weeks. Staff is standing around talking, swearing, unprofessional. Just need to be cleaned up!

No consideration for diversity and inclusion. Asked for a 'doctor's note' when I requested to suspend my membership for ONE month due to Ramadan. Fasting is not a disease, rather therapeutic. Please take lessons in DEI!!!
