We had great contract movers from Planes. They were prompt, courteous and constantly were aware of our needs and feelings. My only complaint was the need for the movers to use scanners to expedite the process. Every item was tagged and then manually recorded on carbonized paper listing the number and the item. When items were delivered, every item had to be checked off the list. This task could have been completed so much more easily with scanners since the labels all had barcodes.

This company goes above and beyond when you have a problem. My computer got broken in the move and the company went above and beyond to ensure that everything got fixed and done it in a timely manner. Would highly recommend using this company.

Not all that ur possessions made it in the truck. By the time we got it we had the house being painted inside. Even though we packed ourselves I feel there were more broken items than expected that were packed very well.

I was very impressed with their customer service. I was notified by my coordinator and the driver all along the way. The driver said he would be at our house at 8 am and he was there on the dot! The person who we initially spoke with was very helpful in helping us estimate the cost of the move and also helping us identify ways to reduce our costs. I would highly recommend them.

As rare as the union of both common and sense, I RARELY write reviews, Bottom Line Up Front (the BLUF), Anton (sorry if misspelled) and Evan (C) are straight up and down like six o’clock (analog clock) rockstars, high speed/low drag, real stand up guys! They have totally and without rebuttal, restored my appreciation for having the military moving all my stuff! In the 17 years I’ve served and the half dozen times I’ve moved, I have yet to have been provided with such expedient, illustrious, and exuberant professionals for this part of the moving process. Not sure if by name requests can be made with this company, but they’re the ones you want! Thank you so much gents! Stay safe out there and God bless ya!

I recently moved from Nashville to Columbus between Christmas and New Years. Tony and both of his crews were super helpful in packing up the townhouse and getting us unloaded into our new home! Would definitely reach out to Planes again on my next move based on the experience we had with them.

From booking to delivery, everything went great. Worked with Alex for estimate. Professional and answered all my questions. I had to reschedule delivery date and and change delivery location as well as change the itemized inventory and Alex took care of it all. Debbie was always available by phone or email and kept me informed and took care of details. She was so friendly and reassuring. Pick up and delivery went well and were on time (even with a delay due to a road closure due to weather in Wyoming). James and Brandon were excellent lead driver and loader. Loaders and unloaders were professional and conscientious. Highly recommend Planes and United. Thanks again Debbie…you were the absolute best??
