Tbh pretty overpriced for the quality in my opinion, BUT they always have a pretty nice selection of clearance that's fun to browse and sorted by color like the rest of the store. It's always really well organized and clean in here, with friendly staff. They don't have a very large range of sizes from what I've seen (mostly small-large with an occasional extra small and extra large), but if you do fall within that range, I think it's worth trying a few things out. Very trendy with a lot of different styles. This location is very close to OSU's south campus and Gateway Film Center! Not sure about parking since it is on High Street, but it's very easy to walk or bus from campus.

Cute clothes but when I walked in the employee’s ignored me and stared at me the entire time I was there. Management needs to work with their employees in customer service.

This store has some nice clothes, but is a bit overpriced. Also, the customer service needs to improve. Customers should be greeted as they enter the building. Some of the employees are not friendly. Customer service goes a long way & will leave a lasting impression (whether good or bad).

I wanted to share some details about the accessibility of this store! Pitaya is a fantastic clothing store with a wide variety of items. However, there are some accessibility issues with the building. The doorway to enter the store is fairly narrow, and there is no handicap button to push to get the door to open automatically. This might cause some problems for shoppers who have a mobile impairment (e.g., in a wheelchair). There are some low racks that are wheelchair accessible, but there are also clothes hanging on higher racks that might be hard for some shoppers to reach. The clothes are organized by color, and although there is no braille to assist shoppers who might have a visual impairment, there are many friendly workers that would be happy to assist! The lights in the store are very bright, and the music is decently loud, which might bother shoppers who have a sensitivity to light and sound. There are four dressing rooms, including one that is handicap accessible and wide enough for a shopper in a wheelchair! The payment procedure is very easy to follow, and there are instructions on the screen, which might be beneficial for shoppers with a hearing impairment.

I love their tops and everything there is always so cute but the bottoms aren’t really size inclusive… the large jeans can’t even be compared to a size 8 or 10

Love this place, a total hidden gem. I just moved back to Cbus and this was one of my first stops — so glad it’s still there! I have always loved their stuff but customer service was hit or miss. Must be new management, staff went out of their way to help me find what I needed.

Staff was unhelpful and not friendly. We probably would have bought a dress, but the two staff people didn't even offer their help, beyond getting my daughter a fitting room. There is a dress she wished now she had tried on but I don't even want to deal with it. Parking is inconvenient, which I could deal with, but the shopping experience has been so negative both times we were there that I don't care to shop there again.

I actually favor this store. The clothes and shoes and fairly price. The clothing is fabulous and chic. It’s a small location, but their clearance rack and shoes deals are a steal! Nice staff as well. I highly recommend this place. :)

I love the experience and the opportunity to feel equality in the items I wore. Honestly the employees were just great the atmosphere it's just so amazing to be in, and items are very quality and it just makes you want to come back.

I have been shopping at this place since 2011 but today the new ppl working in there now definitely come across racist.. I felt very uncomfortable. Dnt really want to return.
