Greg and Charlie have been fantastic to work with! They helped me with Indications that I needed a hip replacement. After my hip replacement my road to recovery and strength in the hip region has improved dramatically because of the team! If you have a weakness, this team will solve it!

I had gone to PT for a knee and elbow issue without seeing any progress. Greg has been able to correctly identify the muscles that were not working, therefore causing pain in my joints. The exercises we have been working on have decreased my pain substantially. He truly understands how the muscles/nerves and brain all need to work in concert to optimize movement and minimize damage and pain.

Greg knows everything there is to know about the body. There aren’t too many of people like him out there! I have been working with him for a little under a year and he has changed the trajectory of my athletic career! I recommend him for all ages and injuries.

Hands down, the smartest trainers in the exercise industry. Physicians Fitness aren’t just trainers, they’re problem solvers. I’ve been dealing with array of aches, pains & limitations in many ranges of motion. I’ve worked with different modalities to help manage them. But Greg Mack & Physicians Fitness help get me over the hump. From their inquisitive health history dive to their in-depth exercise assessment processes, they were able to hone in on the very weakened areas of my body that created those aches, pains & limitations and made them my strengths.For a long time, I found myself very limited with my lower body range of motion and was unable to squat without discomfort and I was a professional baseball catcher. Through Greg’s assessment findings, my spine extension strength was very diminished, contributing to my lower body limitations. Within a 30 minute strength training session working on my spine extension strength, I found myself squatting without discomfort for the first time in 20 years.Physicians Fitness are the best in the business and I highly recommend working with them!!!

After a few years of undiagnosed chronic pelvic nerve and muscle pain a friend of mine introduced me to Greg Mack. At first I was not very hopeful because not very many doctors or physical therapist could even diagnose me to begin with. After a few sessions with Greg I knew this was the guy who was going to get me fixed properly. He did not waste my time or my money, in fact he made sure both were being used to get the problem solved effectively and efficiently. I know from experience he is extremely knowledgeable about many fields regarding engineering and body mechanics which makes him even more qualified to do what he is doing for so many other people. Greg got me in to see his personal fellow associate Dr. Joseph Ruane who is also an amazing doctor. Both of these guys were extremely empathetic towards my situation and listened to every detail I could give them. Again Dr. Ruane did not waste time getting me to the right person to fix my problems. He quickly got me in to see Dr. Dolen for 2 nerve blocks within a couple months of each other, and after that got me in to see Dr. Leff, another extremely smart and caring doctor who actually found the cause of a majority of my symptoms which ended up being 2 inguinal hernias. He explained everything very thoughtfully and thoroughly and I could not ask for a better group of people to handle my constant afflictions. I would highly recommend seeing any of these guys for physical therapy and hernia repairs. If they can’t help no one can! I can say without a doubt Greg has changed my life for the better and I will continue to see him in the future and I recommend anyone else with any type of muscular deficiency to see Greg Mack before anyone else.

I had been dealing with back pain for several years now. Greg really looked into what the problem is unlike what I experienced with physical therapy. He has worked with me and helped me get to a much stronger and painless place compared to before. Definitely recommend!

Working with Charlie has been great. Came in with a lot of pain and discomfort in my neck, shoulders, and ankle. After working with Charlie to come up with proper exercises, I have been able to get back to running and playing golf.

I experienced 13 years of severe pain in left arm and shoulder. Before I met Charlie Rowe, I thought I would spend the rest of my life dealing with it. It took some time to get to the root of my problem, especially since the rest of my body had "adjusted" to help minimize pain and we had to dig through those but it wasn't too long before we got there. It's been over 10 years since I started working with Charlie and the arm and shoulder pain are gone. So glad I went.

I came to Physicians Fitness because my friend referred Greg, and told me that i too can live pain free. I had a number of issues with my shoulder, elbow, knees, back, and we still working through some of them, but I will say that my shoulder, and elbow have shown significant improvement. Greg is very knowledgable and took the time to explain why i was feeling what i was feeling. He put me though a variety of movements just to isolate exactly what was causing the pain, and then explained what i needed to do to fix it. I noticed improvement in my elbow and shoulder almost right away. I'm pretty beat up from years of weigh lifting but i am sure that with Gregs help i will be able to maintain what i have acquired over the years and post pone the pains of aging as long as possible. All in All I highly recommend Greg and His services.

Came here based on a recommendation due to a hip issue. Wow after an extensive assessment Greg started treatment on strengthening the specific muscles required to correct the problem. I started with him eating 800 mg of ibuprofen and sleeping on a heating pad for pain daily. After the first week I begin to rely less on heat and ibuprofen. After week 4 I am pain free. Greg gave “homework” for me to continue so that I remain pain free. Greg’s level of honesty and knowledge of the systems of the body are worth every penny.

I am amazed at the progress Greg has made by diagnosing some of the issues I didn’t even know I had. I was focused on my shoulders which were causing me pain when I slept; after a physical assessment, Greg determined the starting point was one of my ankles. I started experiencing better sleep after only two visits, he has since started working on my hips and shoulders; overall, my balance, flexibility, and sleep have improved greatly.Thanks Greg Mack!

Don’t wait - get relief to pain through Physicians Fitness! After 3 months of waiting, babying, using a Theragun, and trying to exercise and not finding any form of relief I made an appointment with Greg for symptoms of a torn rotator cuff. I knew the muscles all around my arm had gotten weak after hearing a pop in my shoulder. I was having a hard time finding a comfortable position to sleep and often wok up due to pain.I was amazed at the results that happened after 8 visits over the course of 5 weeks. I did the homework as it was assigned and each appointment helped create more motion and less pain. Greg’s techniques aren’t traditional physical therapy; and you get results that you want to share with everyone you meet who is experiencing pain that could be managed at Physicians Fitness!
