Wow. Simply put, the best pet store in Columbus, Ohio. Genuinely and truly pet lovers. You won’t find Purina, Rachel Ray, or any of the other toxic brands, that are simply filled with additives, chemicals and harmful ingredients to our furry friends. They deserve better. I love their quality hand-picked approach when it comes to pet food and solid treat recommendations. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for everything you do.

I've been shopping at this store for about 5 years and have had a great experience every time. I am finally leaving a review because Winnie went above and beyond, informing me of all the sales and coupons for cat food and litter. I was searching for new options and her assistance was so very helpful!! I truly appreciate the customer service from all employees at the store over the years and the quality of the products!

Brenden (sp?) provided the best retail experience I’ve had in years.
I’m in a week trial and overnight stay with a dog. I may adopt. She’s absolutely beautiful and sweet! Brenden assisted us in fitting the right harness for her, and a great collar.
Both items are a reasonable price, especially the harness. The harness brand is discontinuing, and they are now 1/2 off at the Clintonville location. Stop in and request Brendan for help with treats, harness, fitting, and anything else.
He’s incredible with our dogs!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I used to be a Store Manager for pet valu. The woman who helped me Saturday was wonderful! I had a 17 week old golden retriever puppy and a 2.5 year old toddler. I came in for two things, pig ears and dog food. I thought i could manage the quick trip. Boy was I wrong. My toddler refused to listen or stay next to me. So shopping became extremely difficult. She greeted us when we came in, gave me a sales flyer, and offered to help. I didn’t want to be a burden so eventually I accepted her help. She carried my 30lbs bag of dog food to the counter and after checkout, she offered to carry it out to the car. She did everything and went above and beyond in her customer service skills. I regret not getting her name. But she needs to be recognized by Hollywood Feed. Store 406 Clintonville in Columbus OH 6/29/24 at 11:47.
