The staff is always incredibly welcoming, friendly to my dog, and generous with help. I love that the store is pet friendly and supports local rescues, like the one we adopted from.

The staff here is SUPER nice! I brought my dog in for a new winter coat and they helped me with the sizing. Animals are welcomed so long as they're on a leash, and me and my doggo spent an extra 20 minutes just walking around and exploring. There's a great selection of animal beds, food, snacks, toys, and coats for your furry friends. In addition to the coat I bought a bag of freeze-dried bison liver, some freeze-dried beef bites, and a handful of chews. My dog absolutely loves ALL of it and her coat fits her perfectly. I'm so glad we dropped by and I recommended this place to everyone with a pet!

Every time I go to this location, the employees are always incredibly kind and helpful. My dog has heart disease and has a very specific diet, and the employees have helped me on multiple occasions trying to ensure that certain things are safe for my dog. The effort they put in really makes you feel like they care, and that’s rare many places nowadays.

We love our neighborhood pet shop! I brought our new rescue pup into the store to try on harnesses. The staff and manager were so welcoming and knowledgeable! They helped find treats that our picky girl would like and advised me on choosing the right crate. Thank you for the great service!

I usually go to the Bexley location, but I needed to grab a new crate for my Dachshund and the 5th Ave. spot is closest to my work. Paul, the manager, deserves every ounce of recognition and praise. He truly has a passion for pets and customer service. He was so kind and conversational, gave my pup a treat and some pets, and even carried the crate to my car. Thank you, Paul, for your incredible customer service and care for animals!

Great experience! I always shop at Hollywood Feed, but usually go to the one in Bexley by my old house. I just moved and this location is the closest to my new home. Stopped in Yesterday to grab a bag of food for my dog and at first, I did not see it and I started to panic. I went to the front desk and the gentleman working assured me they had it and walked me to the end of an aisle and it was right there. He was very nice and very helpful. Not sure what your name is, but Thank you very much!
