I do not support any place that discriminates against rescue dogs who have suffered trauma.

I have taken my two little dogs here twice before and both times they got good report cards. I had an appointment for one coming up and got a call today that they were going to have to cancel my other dog's appointment because he doesn't like to stay in the cage after grooming. My dog weighs 12 pounds and does nothing but kiss and hug people. He has zero aggression whatsoever. I told the woman I rescued him from Korea as he was in the dog meat trade and she just basically said hire a grooming service to come to my house. I've had him since December 2019 and have taken him every 6 weeks to groomers in Los Angeles and not one place has ever complained of this. You can check my previous reviews of "zoom 2 groom" and "spoiled paws grooming co" both of them eagerly awaited to groom my dogs and had nothing but pleasant things to say. Petco messed up. I won't be patronizing this company ever again and I buy a lot a toys and food. There are plenty of other dog friendly stores out there. If this is how a supposed "pet friendly" store treats their customers and dogs, it's quite a tragedy.

Horrible grooming experience here ever today. We waited for this appointment for 2 weeks and today we finally brought our dog in, the lady at the grooming reception refused to take the dog in just because our dog wants us to hold her as all other normal dogs would. She's give excuses that our dog is nervous and not ready for a bath. Horrible horrible experience, also forwarded the same complain to Petco the store and the corporate. Avoid this location for grooming as much as possible!!! I'm waiting for an official apology from them, if there's no reasonable reason for that, I'm gonna sue the lady along with the store for racism.

As someone who gets a haircut at greatclips and then mastered the art of home haircuts over the pandemic, haircuts for pets aren't cheap! It costs logan $48 for a haircut after discounts from his vital.care subscription which is a lot more than I've ever paid for my own personal hair services but Logan deserves the best! Honesty, petco services are considered low. Plus, they do a pretty good job. Peep Logan and his bandana

Easy in. Easy out. I know where our puppies food is located. Staff is kind though hit/miss on greeting you. Not a huge deal but it is on their survey so we share as an FYI if it matters to you. :) The trainers look to be very efficient. Easy and efficient check out process. Minus one star as we used the order ahead curbside service and found it to be more worky than just going in and picking up. Petco made us whole with a discount going forward it's just not that great - same for the Westerville location. My experience if you can go in just go in and get what you need. All good.

I loved the haircut the groomer gave my Rollie. Rollie is very shy and normally he does not like strangers, but he seemed to like the groomer a lot! Before leaving he went back to her and wiggle his tail. I will definitely go back.

We have had good experiences bringing both our daughter's dog and now, our 6 month old puppy, in for nail trimming. All the staff we came in contact with were kind and caring. The tech did a very nice job clipping and buffing our pup's nails even though she is nervous and shaky in strange situations. We will definitely use them again for this service!

I'm so sorry to give this store a 1. I wanted to give it a minus one. Customer service very poor. Could not find what I was looking for. Could not get acknowledgement from any employee to help me. I was hollering help I need some help to no response. I asked in a loud voice if anyone could help me. No response. No one greeted me or offered to help me st all. That's why I go to Pet Smart and also Pet Supplies Plus. They are both so helpful and friendly. Make sure to go to one of them and not here.

This is the all time best grooming that Bentley &I have experienced. He already has so much confidence but he really shines with an added touch of a neck tie scarf keep up the good work!

We've been here many times to buy dog food for our beast Missy. Employees are always helpful and personable. Price for Blue Buffalo is about the same as other places. Store is very clean. I love love love the cats by the entrance! We have had Missy groomed here twice and it's been a very positive experience. She is a fawn (double coat) pug and in addition to regular groom we added the furminator (de-shedding). Both groomers did an amazing job and Missy was so comfortable that she fell asleep during bath both times!

Of course I love Petco. The Easton store is set up to tug at your heart strings from the moment you walk in the door. The kittens are in the front of the store ready and waiting to go home with a loving family. They just have so much to offer. Pet grooming, pet training, adoption, and the products. Being a Petco rewards member, we get great offers that helps us save on the products we frequently use. I would highly suggest the rewards program.
