Devin did a fabulous job grooming Sassy. Although she didn't like having her nails clipped, they look wonderful. She came home looking and smelling great. I feel this was the best grooming job yet! Thank you, Devin. I'm looking forward to more of your grooming magic with our next appointment for dog #2.

Their were long patches all over him when everything was supposed to be 1.5inches. The hair on his head was so long still and it looked like they gave him a mullet. The area around his eyes didn’t get cleaned. We had to spend well over an hour fixing him afterwards. Even with paper scissors we managed to do a better, more even cut. This experience was nothing like past visits with my old dog.

My dog was completely shaved. Groomer completely did not do as I asked. Will never come back, and will definitely not allow anyone to bring their dog here. Will be calling management to get a refund. I am mortified. Would give 0 stars.

Emily is a great groomer but grooming has gotten to expensive here I was charge 2 matting fees not sure why and not only that but my regular appointment was Monday I was a little late under 5 min but still was told to come back.

Lulu had a mini makerover and it was great! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Devan is wonderful with her and does a very good job.

Person who answered was rude and unfriendly, told me no "self" pet wash at that location and didnt offer to tell me which one was. No more shopping here and being one who spends over $400 month just in main food, ya'll lost a good customer.And since I received a very respectful reply, I shall give them another try. Everyone has a bad day!

Decent store for items needed. Staff was friendly! The Vet service section was uber small, but it worked for what I needed.

I like being able to shop online and do curbside pickup. Most of the time, I just run in and pick it up vs having the employees run it outside simply because I know that staff has been very limited lately and I don't mind going in. The reason I gave 3 stars is for how limited the dog food selection is. More often than not, they don't have what I want or need and I have to shop around and review more than I'd like. The other reason is because I've purchased items online just to have them not available when my order is processed. Like cat litter. It's not a huge deal but it's frustrating. The staff is always friendly when I shop in store and they have competitive prices and good shopper program rewards. Full disclosure: I've never used their grooming or training.

The staff was very helpful and friendly when we got our puppy groomed for the first time. They gave us wonderful training tips and answered all of our questions. Our girl came back to us happy, healthy, and looking fabulous. I would definitely come here again, and I would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive, professional grooming job.

This Petco is in a large mall complex - the site formerly occupied by the Lennox Company, which was a purveyor of HVAC equipment at the location. You'd never know it as the buildings and business in the are new and fully modern and I'm guessing people newer to the area might not know or be familiar with the history or origin of the name. On this visit I stopped in to have a look at and reacquaint myself with the grooming area. In the past I used this service to help with grooming needs for a large mixed breed shepherd that I rescued in New York City years ago with assistance from ASPCA's Burgh Animal Hospital. My experience with the Petco groomer at that time was quite positive although she moved to Alaska as I recall. I did speak to someone in the grooming area here recently by telephone about their services. I was informed by that person that they do not muzzle, use cones, or similar restraints, and the preference is that owners are not in the grooming area while the grooming is underway. As I consider the possibility of grooming assistance as needs might arise, My past experience this site visit and the conversation I recently had with their staff will all inform my decisions. I included a couple other photos as well. This store has a particularly large toy section and have found it to be well stocked in others areas for cats and dogs, including food and other supplies.

Employees are poorly trained and do not know much about the store and product. I was trying to buy a fish that was priced at $20, but when i asked about it they said it was $60? We tried to buy a goldfish instead and they told us we needed to buy a 5 gallon tank for it, so we tried to buy a beta fish and they said the same thing. There was not a single thing in that store telling us that every single fish required so much stuff. They shouldn't even advertise their fish if they're going to turn everyone away. We would have gone above and beyond for our pet but they did not give us the time of day! Get your fish and pets somewhere else !!
