Great customer service definitely will be back to get more doggie food and dog products they have everything my little doggie needs and his food is at a great price definitely will continue to shop with this Petco store

The manager, Jess, was so rude, for no reason that she made my adult daughter cry in front of her three children. We bought 3 Hermit Crabs, a forty gallon aquarium and all the equipment to take care of the crabs. We spent hundreds of dollars and received horrible customer service from the store manager. She literally asked my daughter if she needed help and when she replied that she needed three hermit crabs she said that she couldn’t work with her. Then she passed us later and verbally attacked my daughter again while we waited on someone to get the crabs out. I had to tell her to stop haranguing my daughter and she threw her hands up and stomped off. We will not shop here again. She should not be in customer service.

Couldn’t get help from store employees to find food for my dog that the doctor prescribed to help with his cancer,t the woman say she Don’t care if the cannot survive or not if this is for her help

Hard to support a business that doesn't support it's employees.
They "offer" pet bereavement and then write you up when your cat dies and you call off the day it happens.
They also REFUSE to accept medical documentation, so if you're like me, Fighting CANCER and have a day that you can't stop throwing up and end up late, you end up losing your job.
Wasted two years of my life with this company, not wasting any of my money with it, and neither should you.

The groomers here are great and caring. They gave my girl some treats and tried to gain her trust before taking her back to get groomed which I really appreciated because me and my girl are never apart

I signed up my puppy for the puppy training class which was a 6 week course. I did not see anywhere it listed that the training was just in the store. We were in aisles that customers needed to go down and interrupted our training. This should be disclosed when signing up. The first day of 'training' was just a day where the trainer spoke for maybe 10 minutes and handed us a paper packet and that was it. The 6th training session was 'graduation' where we went in for 5 minutes, got a bag of dry dog treats, a certificate and a photo that cut the top of our heads off. It took longer for me to drive there than those two sessions were. I would suggest either doing away with the 6th 'class' and graduating in the 5th class at the end. Or running through all of what they learned one more time for the 6th class, asking if we had any questions, and then getting the certificate to make it worth everyone's time. I also would suggest asking the owner if the treats that the trainer is giving the dog are okay. Some dogs have allergies and such and that should be taken into consideration when giving out odd treats such as freeze dried fish.
I did like the trainer that we had. She helped us a lot with questions in class and outside of class to help us with our puppy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not sign up for any further classes there due to how the first set of 6 classes were handled and some were very unnecessary.

Nice employees. The store felt cramped. The cat section felt thrown together and not many brands or options.
There was one thing that was interesting. A bin to freshly scoop litter yourself.
Just surprised by the condition of the store.
