Reached out to Performance Chrysler inquiring on a 4Runner they had for sale and spoke to William Long. He was great to speak to, offered to answer any questions I may have, and handled a trade-in appraisal quickly and professionally through a simple text exchange of information and pictures. After aligning on price, he followed-up with a walk around of the vehicle with great attention to detail. MUCH appreciated for a potential buyer coming from out of state.While we didn't close the deal, it was at no fault of pricing - but instead a simple case of the vehicle not being exactly what I was looking for.Reach out to Will if you have any questions at Performance Chrysler and he will take care of you. Had some small issue with my truck I purchased from here. Heather in service went over and above to service my needs picked my truck up from my house in Sunbury, OH. Brought me a loaner truck, and had mine back to me before 5PM. I also didn’t get a spare key with my truck and she got me one made and sent it back with my truck.Really impressed with her professionalism and sense of urgency. All around great experience & happy customer!

I have just been scammed by Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Georgesville. They additionally have negatively impacted my 850 credit score by initiating and getting approved a new car loan in my name for a vehicle that was sold to another party. This can not be allowed to happen, and this dealer, together with Collin Smith (the sales rep for the transaction), will suffer the full consequence for their actions that have effected me financially and emotionally, for which I will be pursing my legal options. Backstory: I pursued purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, Limited trim. Although Performance Jeep did not have the specific vehicle I was seeking, they were able to locate one at a dealership in Indianapolis, IN, for which they offered to have delivered locally. Although I made it known to my sales rep my concerns with this delivery method, I made the deal with them for the vehicle, signing the necessary paperwork and filling out the loan application based on his confidence with this method. My loan was approved and was to be serviced with a start date in December 2023. However, two nights later I received a call from Collin stating that the dealer in Indianapolis sold the vehicle to another party. This is a grave mistake on the part of Performance Jeep, because they lied to me, attempting to reassure me of getting the vehicle. They told me that the car was still available, but never actually confirmed it before filling out my loan paperwork. My credit was pulled by the financial institution, with my loan approved and ready to be funded. This situation has resulted in my scored being lowered, and as Performance Jeep will be held accountable for this mistake.

Jon was a wonderful salesman! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I was looking at several different vehicles and he was patient dealing with several questions about each one. I also loved that I never once felt pressured towards a decision. None of the “this is only good today” type offers. I was encouraged to go home and think it over. The entire process was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

UPDATE: I sent my contact information to the dealership as requested below a month ago, but still have not heard anything from them, so I took the car in. There they confirmed they sold me a car with dry-rotted tires and a broken AC and the proceeded to try to charge me twice what Midas quoted to fix them. Stay far away from this place.I bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze about 10 months ago and have been finding new things wrong with the car constantly since then.First, early this year, I noticed deep groves in the rear brake rotors. When I pulled them off to inspect further I found nearly nonexistent rear brake pads. I found it strange that a car with only about 45000 miles on it at the time had already had so much wear and tear on the rear brakes. My best guess is that a previous owner had driven with the parking brake on to cause this issue. Well actually, my first fear was that I had been driving with the parking brake on, but once I located the parking brake and saw that it was not activated and considered how great of gas mileage I had been getting, I ruled this possibility out. I proceeded to replace the rotor and brake pads. The photos below are the rotors I removed.Next, I took the car to a nearby Midas for an oil change and tire rotation. There they informed me that the two rear tires are six years old and heavily dry-rotted and said they will need to be replaced.On top of these, I had to replace the air filter almost immediately because it was filthy, which is a far more minor thing, but still another issue to the list. And then this week the AC in the car stopped working which is what has compelled me to leave this review as a buyer beware.

If you’re looking for:-simple services completed but that take over 2 weeks-conversation and follow up updates but only ones that you have to initiate-your assigned service associate, including supervisors who don’t call you back-rental cars that aren’t provided-someone to listen to you when you tell them the exact part that needs fixed but it takes over a week to confirm you’re right-a place where progression on your car being repaired only happens after you coincidentally follow up that day-where you have to actively advocate for yourself and your car-where you have to track down your warranty company contact info because they are calling the wrong number and they tell you that you aren’t covered…but you are- finally after 2 weeks you get your car back with the service trash inside…then this is the place for you.

This dealership is undoubtedly the finest. Their service department is exceptional. Cameron serves as an outstanding advisor, while Heather is truly one of the best. I recently brought in my 2023 vehicle for a warranty repair. Since they needed to keep my SUV, they made sure to provide me with a rental at no additional cost. Their level of service goes beyond excellent.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Stephen and Wesley were kind, respectful, and thorough over a two day process for my husband and I to get our Ram 1500. We had several logistical issues along the way and both guys remained patient and did everything they could to help us work through them. Best service I've had from a dealership, highly recommended!
