Horrible service. Brittany was rude unprofessional and had no knowledge about anything. She can’t answer questions straightforward always making excuses and did things that I did not request to my policy.
Will be switching insurance soon.
Do not get your insurance from her, home life or car.

This morning I went to the office of Pam Lewis Kidder. Brittany buzzed me in. She offered me coffee or water and after a few minutes I felt as though was talking to a friend. She made switching from another insurer seamlessly easy-peasy. It was the best sign up experience I've had in years. Brittany was kind, and attentive and had me wrapped up in no time. And we had a wonderful conversation. I'm glad I took the time to do an in-person meeting. Thank you Brittany!

I recently purchased car insurance from the Pam Lewis-Kidder team at State Farm. I worked directly with Brittany, and she couldn't have been more attentive, making it an efficient and pleasant experience. The process was smooth, and she listened to my needs and guided me to a policy that would be best for my family and I. She focused on my benefit over her own. I reached out to a couple other agencies before State Farm, and thank goodness I made one more call. The professional is unmatched, and I'll be sure to refer my family and colleagues here. Pam is awesome! She was quick to answer my call and responded immediately to my need to prove to the apartment complex at which I reside that I DO have a current renter's insurance policy and quickly emailed Gage Crossing the documentation. ?

If I could give zero stars I would. honestly I loved them until I had to file a claim they have not been helpful it’s been me against statefarm the entire time it’s been over 2 months and there claims department has done nothing but try to bully me into a less than satisfactory solution they want me to use a off color replacement siding and leave shingles pointing at the sky and I’ve repeatedly asked for someone to review my policy and everyone refuses Brittany in Pam’s office said she didn’t have time for that and mark the claims adjuster that I have requested to be removed from my case multiple times for various reasons including refusing to explain my policy, refusing to give management information and refusing reinspection, when no state farm employee showed up to my property to begin with only subcontractors, refusing to adhere to my request of email communication only due to the fact I believe they are trying to bully me into excepting less than what the damage is worth and he continually just kept calling and refused to email State Farm refuses to respect wishes, boundaries and frankly I feel like I have been robbed for the 3 years. Pam is good but unfortunately she carries no weight when it comes to the company that is backing her and now after two months of waiting on this claim to be resolved they told me that I would have to resubmit everything so a two month process can turn into a formal process

Pam is is without a doubt the best State Farm agent I've been associted with in 40 years of being a State Farm Customer. She reviewed my policy's and made suggestion that made sense and were affordable. Pam knows the insurance business and is able to give sound advice and direction. I have had other State Farm agents but none has helped with difficult circumstances as much as Pam has. If Pam is not your State Farm agent now she should be , she's highly rated with excellent reviews. I would most certainly recommend her.

I spoke with Brittany over the phone and she was so kind and very patient as she walked me through my insurance policy. As a first time buyer, I didn't know much about what I was walking into so I appreciated how thorough she was! It was very quick, simple and easy. Also, I made a trip to the office to pick up my paperwork and was greeted with a warm hello and asked if I had any more questions. 10/10 recommend!
