If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is full of rude people and claim the customer is always wrong. Needless to say, go to another location if you want to be treated with respect. I've never had an issue with this location until recently when they messed up my stuff and without trying to understand what I was saying they kept shoving their opinions down your throat. They all need schooled in customer service.

Great staff, always clean reasonable price structure for their packages. Love the fact that you can freeze your membership. We tan for a month before each cruise/beach vacation and it's great to freeze and unfreeze for that purpose!

Very nice & clean beds & rooms. Up to date beds. At the Sancus Rd location the staff is very nice! Was very disappointed with staff attitude at Graceland & Bethel Rd . Thank you to the polite & professional staff here!

Always a warm greeting, beds are always ready for easy walk-in experience and rooms are very clean.
