The best tanning experience I have ever had. I could see Katie’s smiling face before I even opened the door. The staff at this location truly set this place apart from other locations. It is very clear they care about their customers and want everyone to leave happy and glowing. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a personalized, welcoming tanning experience.

Most caring, attentive staff, clean, and very accommodating! Have been tanning at this location for about 5 years. Because I am able to tan and all locations (which all members are able), I have found this location the one I have connected with, I go out of my way to go to this location the most! Never disappoint Abby, the manager is great! Highly recommend! After reading some of the reviews, I just had to remind myself that you can not please everyone one. The staff is educated on products they express their information as trained to no one twist your arm to purchase. It is a shame people are so quick to be angry today. Try this facility. You will not be disappointed.

My first time here & they are sOoooo much nicer than the Olentangy location here! They need to send these girls there to train them! They actually explained the different levels to me & didn’t roll their eyes when you walked in the door. 10/10 will be my new location for sure!

Manager ABBEY IS AMAZING! As well as all of the staff- this location is welcoming and helpful and I️ have never had any issues. They all feel like friends and I️ always have a great experience ❤️

A great thanks to bri!She was very informational, great attitude & answered every question I had! She put me with a package I could afford & got me the tan I wanted!Her customer service is the best, she’s friendly, polite. Wow. Walk in because everyone has always been delightful. However this was not the time. The one person I interacted with was not helpful, named 'Vegas' . Idk what her was problem was, I don't go ' tanning' frequently, just cocktails for events. Guess I'm d**** She told me I didn't have an account (I do because Vegas subsequently found it), then she said 'MA'M, i don't know what your problem is' after being zero help, did not upsell, didn't explain the current deals. When I was irritated, she said to see her manager SITTING IN THE CAR outside. I had to walk past said manager who rolled down her window to ask 'is there a problem'. No named manager was the person I interacted with the last time I came, who I really liked. Sucks. Hope this location closes.
