Gave an extra star because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Have done business with them many of time. I had order some wiper blades from them and had them install them and one had fallen off. The staff there even had said it was probably not snapped in all the way. I even told them the staff member who installed them for me. They said that thry couldnt do much for me (other than a 10% discount which I get anyway due to military discount). He said it is because it has been a month from purchase date even though a staff member just installed them about 2 weeks ago.
