Tyler was prompt, communicated very well and did a great job. I am going to have him come every 4 months or so. VERY easy. Now I don't need to think about getting a new car for a couple more years!!

Tyler did exactly what I needed and made the car look and smell super clean. Fairly priced for the work and time it took to clean the car. Tyler also said he would come back for the passenger side stain as it was really cold and his product was freezing while working. I asked to make sure he was ok with the weather and he had no problem getting the job done Highly recommend.

Tyler arrived when he said he would, did an excellent job on inside and outside. Over all this was an excellent experience and I will definitely use him again in the future.

I would definitely recommend their service for auto detailing. It's affordable and they do an amazing job. They took so much time to remove all the dog hair. My car looked brand new when finished.

Baby K spilled some milk in the backseat. I tried to clean it a couple times, but was just getting the surface, and milk soaked into the cushions- in the heart of summer. So I knew I needed professional help. Easy to talk to online and quick to set an appointment within a couple days. Came at a time convenient to me. Super friendly and professional. Explained what he would do, and updated me as he went along. He ended up using a deep shampoo cleaner, and an ozone machine for smell, then spraying "new care smell." Car smells a ton better, and of course looks cleaner. I just had him do the backseat for the milk, but the whole car would have been immaculate if I'd wanted that. He just charged me for the partial car, and it was reasonable.Definitely using again when I need a cleaning.

Tyler did phenomenal work detailing my newly purchased vehicle. Excellent communication, attention to detail and reasonably priced. I would recommend using him to anyone, and I plan on doing so in the future. 10/10

I live in NJ and my son lives in Columbus, OH and in need of a good car detailing.Using Yelp, I searched for Detailers in Columbus and received emails from them all, with Tyler of On-The-Go Mobile Detail responding first...by a couple hours.I explained what I needed done and Tyler gave me, what turned out to be a very competitive price.I scheduled the date and time and Tyler arrived on time and ready to go.Tyler did an amazing job with the car and communication.If you are on the fence about who to consider, Tyler won't let you down.

Very happy. my car was long overdue for some attention. He even did the trunk. It started raining so didn't get a good chance to look at exterior though it was beading well and my wheels looked great. Inside is clean and shiny. When he sent me the final pics, I thought it looked like a different car. He was friendly, responsive to texts through Yelp.... it took about two hours and I'm a very happy customer. Will likely not wait as long next time to schedule him.

I couldn't ask for better service than I received from Tyler at On The Go Mobile Detail. From the very first communication through the completion of his work, he had excellent customer service. I asked for a quote for interior detailing, as well as exterior. His quote had a flat rate for exterior and interior. The interior of my car was unacceptable and I finally decided to get In done. I was shocked when I saw the outcome of Tyler's work. He made my car look and smell brand new. I was so happy with the results that I will also be sharing Tyler's business information with friends and family! Thank you so much, Tyler. Great work

I got the interior detail done in early January. The pricing was much more favorable compared to other companies in Columbus. Tyler's communication was excellent via text before the appointment. He showed up and completed the detail in less than 2 hours right in my driveway, and my car now looks clean, great job.
