This says it's a thrift store... but most of the stuff in it is things that didn't sell elsewhere with the price tags still on, and the Ohio Thrift Store prices are still too high. So it's not much of a thrift store, in my opinion.

This location is great! I always find such good deals on the health and beauty shelves. And who can pass up Ghirardelli chocolates for only 99 cents/bag!!!
Staff is always friendly. I haven't had a bad visit to date.

I would give this place a 1/2 star if there was one. I was there yesterday and they were very rude, I wanted to buy a pair of boots for my new job and they tried to say that I put the tag on, that the tag that was on there they didn't put there. Ok so who did? They wouldn't check the camera, and they didn't sell them to me, I'm thinking they are going to take the tag off and put a new one on with a higher price, I don't know what they were talking about,cuz they spoke to each other in Spanish. No not shopping there ever again, there not the only thrift store in Columbus.

Great selection of stuff, and it was organized reasonably well, but the checkout process was pretty painful. They weren't taking cards at one of their registers.

The store looks much better than it did 10 years ago. However I went there today and was a little disappointed. The tags that were on sale today were blue, green and black. Unfortunately I didn't find any clothes with any of those tags. Why have tag discounts if you are going to take them off the floor?

Very clean an employee friendly. Needed a pair of dress pants as I lost weight for interview. Donated 3 found 2 pair that fit perfect. They now have a dressing room. $9 bucks for 2 pairs. Boom! A bargain for designer pants.

This establishment is very unprofessional. Came in here a couple weeks back with a friend of mine. We finished shopping and proceeded to register #1, where a lady who seemed to be in her late 40s was the cashier. My friend was in front of me so she was up first. The cashier finished ringing her out and told her the total, to which my friend did not really understand, due to not speaking much English. The cashier then decided to raise her voice and rudely started using her fingers in frustration. Then it was my turn and I had a question which the cashier asked a brunette woman that was around her for the answer. The woman was too busy talking on her phone and did not realize the cashier trying to get her attention. The woman then came over and answered my question while still talking on the phone. Not the best experience. Clothes were decent, but the service my friend and I received was horrible.
