Cashier was helpful and the floor staff were very friendly and very polite to me so I had a great time at the store.

I shop here occasionally and can find some good items. Reasonable prices, have a loyalty club as well. Store is clean and organized. Employee's are friendly and helpful for the most part. They have 2 donation bins out front too, so I was able to drop off some unwanted items from my home. Will continue to stop in and shop.

This place is bigger than most thrift stores. You can find better variety than most other so called thrift stores.

asked for a fitting room very politely and patiently as i was standing near the fitting rooms the male worker who began to lecture me on how i should have rang the bell for assistance. not sure what his issue was considering i was not even rude or rushing anyone for a fitting room all i said was "may i have a fitting room?" and then stood their quietly until a door was opened for me, but he just kept going on and on about how i should have rang some bell for assistance. Not sure why I was not allowed to ask for a fitting room and had to ring a bell? either way will not be coming back here because the workers are always very weird and rude. It was an uncomfortable interaction all around and he definitely shouldn't be working there he's on some male power trip.

This seems like the forgotten stepchild in the Ohio Thrift store family. It's hidden back from the street near the abandoned Eastland Mall. I can't remember what used to be at that same location years before, when the mall was open. Maybe another thrift store? The store itself is very bright and fairly large. It's like other Ohio Thrifts, so it has some closeout (expired?) food and some health and beauty items. The prices are high, and some items are well picked-over. But, you can find some deals on occasion. They have 3 discount colors each week and a rewards program to earn coupons. More close outs are in the clothing area (Kohls brands, etc) and lately, a lot of linen items such as sheets, duvets, towels, etc. This is also a good place to buy cards, party supplies and decorations. The checkout counter looked like it was being re-done and there were a few specialty items off to the side. Overall, a decent store and I'd visit again.

Here is the email I wrote in to the company's website: Dear Ohio Thrift: After spending a couple hours in your Refugee Rd. store making my selections, I was told by the store manager that she couldn't sell me two important items (most likely totaling a cool $3.00) because they had no price tags, and after 4 p.m., she had no one to price them. After asking to talk to the store manager, this unreasonable lady told me she was the store manager, but she couldn't price them. She explained that she had to follow store policy. Obviously no reputable retail business would risk ticking off a paying customer IN THE MIDDLE OF A $56 SALE, but apparently you have no problem doing it, and going without my future patronage in the process. I politely reminded this individual that there are signs up everywhere for your other policies, why not this one? She had no response. I explained my numerous shopping trips to a dozen of your other locations, all with several items your staff stupidly didn't price, and they were ALL sold to me, just fine, without problem or exception. Again, the 'store manager' outlined the same 'policy' as before. I'm not an idiot. For-profit businesses do not refuse to sell salesfloor merchandise to lucrative customers, and I can only assume that you, she, or you both enjoy going without success. See, I love china and have been collecting numerous pieces lately. I took a few moments to add up my Ohio Thrift purchases over the last month, and they total well over $1,000. I had no plans to stop, but now Ohio Thrift will see neither me nor my lucrative patronage ever again. I calmly and openly affirmed her position and that she was in charge, yet for some reason she didn't see fit to thank me for my FIFTY-SIX DOLLAR SALE, nor wish me a good evening, even after I audibly thanked her and her cashier, and said good night. I hope your asinine anti-customer, childish hate policy was worth it, AS I DON'T GET TREATED LIKE S**T BY A MILDLY-RETARDED THRIFT STORE MANAGER MORE THAN ONCE. Have a nice day.

The very annoying manager with a racist attitude. The other workers are very friendly but it's a shame what kind of manager the store has, he spoke badly to my mother and she couldn't defend herself because of English. When I wanted to talk to her she told me her name was Chirstina and that she was the manager with a heavy attitude

They had the jeans 36/32 men's on the tag but it was actually the opposite and when we tried to return it because my husband... Like most men, don't try on cloths, they just know their size... The store refused. We didn't even ask for money back and also agreed to pay an upcharge if needed. They have always been so rude there, like thier Macy's or something. Obviously we are wanting a good deal for his work jeans but y'all wanna treat customers horrible ??♀️?♀️ I assume the workers that work there are just like us, that also shop at places like this because we have to. But they wanna treat us like we are crap? We could afford to buy my husband decent things and pay full price but he's so country and thinks it's crazy to spend so much on cloths ☺️
