This is NOT a thrift store. 90% of the merchandise is liquidated fast fashion and plastic junk from Five Below and WalMart. Nothing old, used, or cute. Except underpants. Lots of used underpants. And they are EXPENSIVE.

Organized and neat. But more like an overstock store, not a thrift store. Almost everything is new but for dollar store prices. I'd rather find an actual thrift store due to prices.

I like the deals but I agree with the other review about the lady with flashy glasses. I think she’s a manager,,, not helpful and differs all work or help to other workers. I won’t even check out w her. I purposely go to other staff. Very superior attitude.

I used to shop at this one all the time but I've slowed quite a lot recently because people dont pay attention to what they put out, for how much, and just in general the staff is not the friendliest. I get it is a thrift store, but they don't seem to. Charging for something that has damage or that I have to fix, but they claim its a "steal" for a brand I've never heard of and the price they claim was so high was maybe $5-7 more than they charge. Thats just called sale price. Considering the items are DONATED, it's not a steal for me to pay nearly $20 and still have to fix something on a single item of clothing or accessory. Not to mention them forgetting customers can HEAR and they are talking about how they would just use it and it'd be fine, they don't know what the issue is. Okay, then buy it, use it. You pay that much for it. I won't be.
I started slowing my shopping down after I bought a set of coasters that were taped into the holder. When I got home and I was cleaning the new stuff before putting it out I noticed the cork was damaged on them. I'm crafty, fine, I will put new cork on em.........well.......then I found shells of termites. So it turned into throwing something I paid money for regardless in the trash, cleaning the heck outta the areas they had been in and a search to make sure there were no live ones. With the overcharging and that incident I'm slowly starting to ignore their stores entirely, or at least specific ones. This one being one of the big ones.

Rudest employees. Never will we shop or donate to them again. Not just one was rude. But each and everyone of them.

This thrift store has always been a little bit overpriced in the last 15 years I've been coming here. However, in the last year it has become ridiculous. One Pyrex for $15, a curtain for $10, sweaters for $10. What TJ Maxx and Marshalls used to be with new goods and low quality overstock goods. No longer is this used goods that they're saving from the landfill, and helping people who are lowing come to afford things. I'm not low income, but I feel for people who are because now they cannot go to this thrift store to even meet their basic needs because things are so expensive.

Yes it's Overstock, but it had plenty for a teenage male and a big and tall husband. All less than at the store. Well sorted merchandise at what I thought were good prices for merch in perfect condition. I might have shopped for me too. Mostly tops, had a hard time finding bottoms or jeans to fit. Eventually my teen ran out of steam and my cart was full so we had to go.

This store has a sign posted at the entrance that no masks were allowed to be worn in the store. Of all the ignorant things to do with covid around. I went in, masked, anyways to look around. This is not actually a true thrift store. Their prices and products are like what you'd find shopping at an Odd Lots or Ollies except maybe a little higher priced. I'm from out of town and I will never go into another one of these stores again.

Went there yesterday with my service dog. There was a pet in there who barked and lunged at my service dog, more than once. When i brought it up, there was no action taken and they laughed. I am so disappointed and will be contacting higher ups.
