Junk company. No concept of service capacity or truthful communication.After promised delivery on Friday, May 10, repeated three times AFTER 5:00 pm, I sit at 8:42 pm with no delivery in sight, and no communication from this incompetent organization. Disappointing, to say the least.

Seems like they have a good product. Had a good delivery experience recently. But if you have to go in the store to pick something up it's rarely a good experience.

Do NOT use Ohio Mulch.I had top soil delivered over a week ago. I had originally scheduled the delivery date for Friday, September 22 so I could be home when it was delivered. The delivery date had to be changed to Saturday because of inventory issues, which is totally fine, but I wasn't going to be home. I was ensured that was OK.I came home Saturday afternoon to find three of the trees along my driveway damaged and my gate bent and broken (it no longer closes).I emailed on Sunday morning with photos of the damage and received a quick response from the customer service team telling me a director would contact me. It took 5 days to get a call back after emailing and calling multiple times. Then, I was told someone would come to fix my gate. I specifically said I needed to be home when they were there. A Patrick followed up with me on Monday and arranged with me to come by Thursday morning while I was home. Today (Wednesday), I got a notification from my front door camera where I watched someone from Ohio Mulch take my gate from my property without me being home. No call, no email, no text. They just took my gate without me knowing and after I specifically gave them dates and times I would be home.I'm fuming.

We ordered bulk topsoil over the phone with a specific delivery date. Their operations team made an error (they admitted they were at fault) and delivered a week early before we were ready for it. They dumped it blocking half our driveway and the mailbox which is illegal.Upon talking with the VP of Sales, they were sorry we were "frustrated" but refused to pick it up and redeliver on original agreed upon date and also said they could not refund us. More like they didn't care to help on their error. First and LAST time we will ever purchase anything from Ohio Mulch!

I picked up soil from the Riverside location on Friday (9/15/23), and the service was awesome! The sales representative was very knowledgeable about how much, and what type of soil I would need for my yard. All around - great experience!

I went to the store in Hilliard and did not know what I wanted. Daunte Allen was so professional and knowledgable. He patiently helped me figure out what I needed and packed my van full of river rocks. He helped me in the fall with mulch. I’ll be back agin for sure not just for your great prices and products but to get stress free service from Daunte!

Purchased 3 yards of topsoil. Nothing but ground up leaves, twigs and sand. This product is good for nothing. Couldn't even get grass to grow in it.

They don't deliver everything you order and don't apply a refund for what they didn't deliver. The Blacklick location has been awful to do business with the last two years. I would purchase from any other business.

Delivery expected 5/24, no delivery yet. Multiple phone calls, last told by "Katie" on June 1st that it was actually arriving that day. Nothing. Calls are sent to voice mail. No status provided. Ironically received email this morning promoting $80 off delivery. They can't even manage the orders they have. This is no way to run a business. We've been steady customers for years. Last time we will use.

Went online on April 20th and was told the first available delivery date was May 25th(!?). Not happy but paid and scheduled. My mom called the following day and received her mulch on May 12th. Bad sign. But ok. On May 25th I get home from work. No mulch. I call and a very nice lady answered and told me to talk to the manager. That no one is getting their mulch. That corporate put a special on the website for next day delivery last week and now everything is pure chaos. I talk to the manager and he promises the mulch will be delivered Friday the 26 by noon. No mulch. I call and ask to talk to manager. He won't come to the phone. The same lady from yesterday answered and said only manager can make sure I get the delivery. After 10 minutes on hold a second lady vibes to the phone and says she knows that my order is from April and she is really sorry. She will make sure the order either comes that evening or Saturday. No mulch. I drive trip the store. Manager is there. Says he will solve the problem. I ask for his managers contact info. He gives me the phone number. I call and leave a message. No return call. I ask Caleb to please get back to me with some resolution. No return contact. Before closing I call again. Speak to a different gentleman who says maybe I should go to Lowe's or home Depot because it is very unlikely that Ohio mulch is capable of meeting their obligations and time soon. I feel badly for Ohio mulch employees. Corporate set then up to fail and a abandoned them. And screwed over all their prepaid customers and doesn't have enough integrity to admit it.

I ordered and paid for 54 bags of mulch and delivery on 5/10/23. Delivery was scheduled for 5/22/23. Today is 5/31/23, and I still have not received my order. Buyer beware.
