We called Ohio Exterminating for an inspection. The inspector arrived on time. He completed the inspection in a timely matter and was very professional. We appreciate his great customer service and would give them a call if needed.

Googled exterminator and read reviews then looked at treatment options. I was pleased to see that I had a variety of options instead of being locked into a quarterly treatment.
Rusty came and treated inside and out- I wanted primarily for spiders. He was very friendly, considerate and efficient.

They were quick and helpful in solving a rat infestation. Not only that, they provided tips and specific things I can do in my yard to prevent other issues in the future.

Prior to the end of the 60 day guarantee, I needed a return service because carpenter ants had returned. The person that scheduled the service (Mary Ann) never entered the "work order." Luckily, I scheduled and called prior to the 60 days that the guarantee offers. The key here is that you will need to follow up and not trust that the office staff will take care of the basics of scheduling an appointment. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is that the office staff was apologetic because they "forgot" to schedule the appointment.

Responded to my initial message fast. I really liked that they have a 1 time service option, but also have options for reoccurring treatments if needed. They took care of our ant problem. We were still having an issue with a couple of other bugs but they came out and retreated again and havent seen any since. Would recommend
