I used to take my pets here, I adopted a couple new rescue dogs, I called to get them in, the woman explained that it would be a week before they could be seen, no problem, she said I could bring in the records and they would make copies and get the process started, I took the paperwork in today, the woman I encountered was less than cordial, saying over 30 days before they could be seen, and she didn't have time to make copies, I would have to leave my papers, ( A lot of personal information ) I even explained to her what I was told although there was two women just sitting there. She definitely needs to work on her condiscending attitude and people skills, way too many other places to go......

DOGS ARE LEFT ALONE AFTER RECEIVING GENERAL ANESTHESIA
I scheduled an appointment here for my dog to get her teeth cleaned and a dead tooth pulled. They told me I could drop her off at 8:00am and pick her up at 3:00. Turns out they don’t open until 8:30, which wasn’t a big deal.
I called to check on her at 1:45. The receptionist informed me that all staff was out to lunch and would not be back until 3:00 but she was sure the dog was fine since the vet checked on her before she left. I tried to clarify because I couldn’t believe my dog was left completely alone with no trained vet staff in the building, but she was…
I immediately drove over to pick my dog up. The receptionist was extremely rude and told me she could not release Abby to me. The vet was called and I was allowed to take her. I was told they don’t normally allow people to pick up dogs this early because they NEED TO BE MONITORED!!!!!
When I got out I realized that they hadn’t even pulled the tooth which I reminded them of when I dropped Abby off that morning

Called out of concern for a potential emergency for my dog, who is a current patient, this morning and was met with an incredibly rude receptionist. It is unclear if an appointment was even made for my pet to be seen as I have received 0 confirmation, and our conversation was rudely cut short without any clarification. I will be taking him to a different vet in order to ensure he is safe and healthy, something she seemed unconcerned with.

This is a great place to take your pets. The doctors are awesome and so are the assistants. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Oak Creek, is the best veterinarian hospital that I have ever been to. I have experienced other veterinarians who have misdiagnosed. My pets and Oak Creek always got it right. I have used them for 34 years. My entire family takes their pets there as well. It's just amazing.
