Northwest Cleaners is my go-to spot for dry cleaning, I can't say enough good things about it. Every visit is delightful and feels like catching up with a friend. The owner is incredibly sweet and nice.The quality of their work is top-notch. My clothes always come back looking like they just stepped out of the store. The owner goes above and beyond and tries her best to get out even the toughest stains. Pricing – hands down, the best in the neighborhood. Oh, and the tailoring work? Excellent.The owner is not just focused on getting your clothes pristine (though they absolutely nail that part). The owner always has fantastic suggestions hidden gems in town to check out.The dry cleaner is one of the best part of the Northwest neighborhood. Five stars, no doubt.

Northwest cleaners is by far the best dry cleaning service in Columbus! I have been going to this establishment for 3 years now and I will not go to any other dry cleaner. This establishment is 20 minutes from my home and it’s well worth the drive every time I drop my clothes off. The lady inside is the most friendly & professional and she cares about her clients. If I walk in 6 months from my last drop off, she remembers me by name, asks how life has been going, cares about me and my family personally and I don’t know her outside of dropping off my clothes. She’s cleaned my wedding tuxedo, custom suits, slacks, dresses, cashmere sweaters, and magnificently dry cleaned my wife’s wedding dress and provided a storage box for it that showcases the front of the dress. The true test was that she was able to remove stains out of my custom suit that I feared would not come out. I’m talking melted chocolate stains all over the coat and pants. She worked her magic and somehow got these blotchy stains out. I can’t say enough good things about her and this establishment. I will be a customer until she calls it quits. Thank you very much Northwest Cleaners. You are truly the best in Columbus!Services: Laundry wash & fold

I took a old wedding top in that was stained with smoke from hanging in a smokers house for 20 years. She was able to get it clean. Prices are very reasonable. I would have paid double. I have never been so happy. I get to wear it again for my son's wedding. Thank you. Small business support all the way.

The owner was one of the nicest people I've met here in Columbus. She was able to have everything rush ordered for me in less than 1 day, and at a very good price. I plan on coming back to Northwest Cleaners every time I need dry cleaning or alterations. Great work and an incredibly friendly atmosphere!

If you need dry cleaning or alterations, go see Kim! It’s been so nice to have a professional and timely service right in our own neighborhood. She is quick, professional and easy to work with. She loves to have conversation with her clients as well which makes the experience very personable. She has altered multiple dresses and pairs of pants for me and I can’t recommend her enough!

We had an unexpected death in our family and had to travel. My sons suit from giant eagle cleaners still had stains ! Called 5 dry cleaners and no one could clean them in time. The owner at north west did a great job. What a kind woman. I’ve never had better pressing on suits and shirts. Fantastic job!Services: Special care fabric cleaning

We were sad to lose the Dale's Cleaners and the very efficient and likeable gentleman on Fishinger recently. My first experience at Northwest Cleaners EXCEEDED my high expectations, which were based on all the positive reviews I read. I dropped off a white blazer that was in pretty rough shape, with makeup inside the collar and lots of pilling. It was not expensive and is years old, but I love it and was hoping a good cleaning would do the trick. The wonderful woman that assisted me said she would do her best and told me on Saturday the blazer would be ready by Wednesday. I received a text Monday that it was ready. Wow! The blazer looks BRAND NEW! Not only was the makeup completely gone, the pilling was removed with a shaving technique. I am so happy! Northwest Cleaners went above and beyond...excellent work, great price, and friendly service. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Northwest Cleaners. The owner was very kind and welcoming. She was incredibly quick with the turn-around of altering two bridesmaid dresses for me. Also extremely affordable - close to half the cost of previous alterations I have had at other places!
