Dr. April Bauer and the team here are wonderful! This is our little man’s PCP and they’ve been wonderful with accommodating last minute emergencies. Just picked him up from surgery today, compassion and communication seems to be a top priority here.

Everyone is pretty nice, but I took my cats there like 4 times. Spent literally like $900 for ear mites in 2 cats and 1 cat is wheezing. After $900 and the chaos of taking off work / driving the cats there and back, they are not better at all! I basically threw away a grand bc my cat is still wheezing with dirty ears. I’ve given this place many chances, even saw different vets here. Idk people are nice but I feel like I wasted a ton of time and money for my babies to still be sick & now I have to find a new vet to take them to.
Also they rarely get back with you if they say they’ll call you back. It happened twice where I’d call and ask the next move just to not get answered for a week

I will update this if anything changes, but I took my doberman in who is shy of vets but also a service dog in training- and they dud AMAZING. They found out the issue immediately despite us doing more than 6 vet visits with our previous vet. They were so sweet and knew exactly how to handle him

I brought my kitten, Muezza, a 7-month-old Bengal, due to diarrhea, upper respiratory infection, and ear infection. Muezza saw another vet for 3 months, but the respiratory infection was never 100% cured. Muezza was seen by Dr. Ott and a support staff. Bengal is not easy to handle during vet visits, but somehow Dr. Ott and her staff were able to give her the medicine she needed, with a bit of struggle, of course, because Muezza climbed up the window :). It may sound wild, but I would say that visit was very successful because most of the time, Muezza's vet visit was always a struggle and no vet or staff could even hold her. When Dr. Ott prescribed the medicine for Muezza, she put some thought into some factors, like whether I (as a parent) would be able to give it to Muezza due to her behavior, whether the medicine would not make Muezza's diarrhea worse, etc. I also received a follow-up phone call. I love that the door and waiting room for cats are separate from dogs. Their apps are also very user-friendly. Overall, they are very professional and caring. I am very happy.

Everyone at the office is so nice and friendly. I’ve never taken my pet here before prior to today but was recommended by multiple friends. Today, needing a last minute appointment, from the start, they were attentive, listened, and had detailed explanations for everything. Not only did I receive this from the physician but the tech and front end staff as well. These people are amazing and not only care about your pet but care about you in the process of things as well. Highly recommend taking your pet here.

This place was literally half the price of my regular vet for vaccines. Instead of spending $500 at my regular vet, I was able to get my dog taken care of for around $225!! All of the staff was very friendly and down to earth. If you are tired of your current vet overcharging; check this place out!

North Kenny Vet is absolutely amazing. As a reactive dog owner, it's hard to find places that are accommodating. North Kenny always goes above and beyond when we visit! They've been so understanding and patient with me and my dog. My dog--Boba Fett--loves the vet and looks forward to seeing them!
