I have been going to Mara at NLounge for 10 years and I feel like family. Mara and Lynn, the owners, have such a warm and engaging salon. All the techs are friendly, experienced and talented. They have long-term clientele and very little employee turn over. They keep up with the latest trends, products and services. I was new to Powell and I was a walk-in. I have never stop walking in!

I’ve been coming here for the last 6 years and Mara always does an amazing job on my nails. I moved 20 min away and still drive here instead of going down the street just because I know my nails will be flawless every time. Mara remembers what I like and always helps me choose a color when I can’t decide. People always ask where I get my nails done and I always enjoy catching up with Mara and snow when I come in. You can’t go wrong with any of the nail techs here. They’re all amazing!

My mom and I have been coming to NLounge for over 10 + years. The salon is clean and well organized. They have a large variety of nail techs who can accommodate your requests. I recommend this salon to my coworkers and girlfriends! Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful 💕💅🏾

My services have always been fantastic, but recently the Owner let my nail technician go, who was essentially running the place better than she was.
The Owner is constantly on her phone and rude, and holds no accountability to the remainder of the lazy staff while items are left empty and the salon itself is dirty.
The tech I used has moved up to Delaware, and is a technician but always nail consultant providing tips on shape, length, & seasonal trending colors and styles. Their loss. I’d rather travel to her for a manicure that will last twice as long, for prices that make sense.

Sno did my Pedicure, but she didn't even try to get the dead skin off my feet, and she kept checking her watch for the time, therefore I canceled my Manicure that I also had scheduled.

Ive been going to Lindsey for gel nails for about 4 months. My nails always look great when I leave! I enjoy talking with Lindsey and I’m in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Lindsey!

Lindsey did my gel build up for the third time, my nails look amazing. These are the longest lasting, highest quality and best nail treatment that I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend her high quality work. Salon itself is always clean and bright and staff is very friendly.

I am a regular customer here and all of my family members come to get manicure and pedicure we all very very satisfied in the past. Today I went to get my manicure and pedicure…. I am not happy at all with my Manicure. The technician Lindsey who did my manicure. she was so defensive and didn't do a good job. She didn’t do my cuticle properly at all, I asked Bright red but my nail color looks like orange red. Very disappointed.

I was really displeased with my gel mani and pedicure. I came in with a relatively fresh gel mani that I wanted to get changed for vacation, so I really didn't need much done to my nails and yet somehow they looked worse after filing and buffing. They were uneven and no longer square shape. I had to ask 3 or 4 times for it to be fixed, which the tech did in fact do but still it never ended up looking good. At some point I just had to say it was fine because I knew it wouldn't get any better.
When it came to color, I felt pressured to pick a certain color because apparently the color I wanted they just didn't have. Instead of trying to accommodate the color I had in mind, I was told that I was asking for something too pinkish and was pressured into picking a red that was the EXACT same color I came in with. It was clear the tech didn't want to help me find a color I wanted and I didn't want to seem like a difficult customer so I just went with it.
Similarly, they ran out of the color I wanted for my pedicure so I ended up with a color I didn't like on my toes. Additionally, the paint job was quite sloppy. There are some really thick parts of nail polish on some toes and the lines are messy. It just doesn't look professionally done.
When I lived in Columbus, Nlounge was my absolute favorite nail salon to go to and I'd been going for years until I moved. Mara and the others always did a phenomenal job– I've literally never had a complaint. I still stop by sometimes when I come home for the holidays and I've noticed the staff seems to have changed quite a bit. Sadly the quality has gone down as well and now I have to spend another $100 to change/fix everything I had done. I've never been so disappointed with a nail salon experience. Such a waste of time and money.
