Our daughter came here with a friend and her parent for a simple manicure yesterday. Her cuticle was cut deeply and after trying to stop the bleeding with towels, they had to use liquid bandaids to make it stop. I would not recommend coming here.

I have been coming here for years and love the job this staff does. Very efficient and friendly. Cat eye gel dip on even the shortest nails look great and I get so many compliments!

My mom and I had appointments for our nails. When we arrived we were not greeted and the selection for dip nails were very minimal. If there was better customer service we might have stayed but we ended up leaving shortly after arriving.

This is my favorite salon to go to on mom's night out! They are diligent in their work and attention to detail. I usually get an OPI Pedicure, but their standard pedicure is equally great. Clean, kind, and enjoyable! Definitely recommend!

The staff are kind, funny, and great at what they do! They are very thorough and give a great pedi and mani! I travel 30 mins just to get my nails done here, haven't found a better salon ever since I moved.

I went here for quite some time prior to the pandemic, today was my first time in awhile. I got possibly the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten and a great gel mani. I will continue to visit this place!Services: Gel manicure

I usually go to Penzone's for my nails but needed a cheaper alternative. NLounge did not disappoint. I got a full set acrylic for $35! Way better than the $84 I was paying with the same great quality. My nail tech was quick and efficient. She was personable and great to have. My nails are not overly thick, sharp, crooked or misshaped. They are beautiful! I was very pleasantly surprised by NLounge and will definitely come back.Service: Acrylic nails

It was a last minute decision to get a pedicure today. I'm in town for a few days visiting family and friends and was not sure where to go. This is why I LOVE YELP! I did my research and decided on Nail Lounge in the Polaris area. I called first to see if they had any availability. And I was in luck. I didn't want to just do a walk in. Setting an appointment is always a good way to go. Mara is awesome. She took great care of my toes. I have fat thick toes. And she gave my nails a look that I have never have. And she also gave me some tips to share with the foLos back in Tampa. Her cuticle care is amazing. Me feet actually look cute. Lol. Thank you Mara and Nail Lounge for your hospitality. I'll be sure to come back the next time I am in Columbus.
